First, I paid half of what I was getting estimated for at other shops, such reasonable pricing. Second, Alberto ordered the part immediately and painted it shortly after. Third, he got me in right when it was done and went above and beyond when he switched over the bumper- buffed out the whole front of my car and lights. Such a lovely shop, with attentive and caring service. I will definitely be coming back when I need car help next. Highly recommend! Alberto and the rest of the crew were/are amazing!!”

“After seeing a bunch of bad reviews I still decided to go after a truck I liked at alfa cars. I know vehicles quite well so the reviews didn't scare me. After I purchased the truck there were some issues that were not addressed, but once I mentioned my concerns to karl he had no issue taking care of them for me. Karl is an honest, easy going sales person. I am glad I trusted my gut and gave them a shot.
I think the shop could use a little better instruction/mechanics. They either missed some things or never checked but you can trust Karl will handle the situation professionally
