I've never had a problem here at this location and the staff is super-accommodating! They take the time to explain delivery issues and have checked on urgent mail when I can't make it in and call them. (Charlie) Always friendly and quick! Thank you!

I was in the office yesterday and Brian waited on me. I had 17 letters to send - some heavier and needing extra postage. He patiently weighed each one to make sure I had the correct postage. Excellent!

I had to mail a package today, with little knowledge of how to do so. The line when I arrived was about six deep. But it moved quickly and swiftly. The whole time, the clerk behind the desk never lost his smile and always seemed eager to help the customer he was on. When My time came, I was greeted with a smile. HE answered all of my questions and helped me send out my package the best way I could. I am thankful for the help, courtesy, and the knowledge I got from this transaction. Thank you Ryan, and Keep up the good work Hooksett.

This is a sad excuse for a USPS.
Says it's open till 4pm we are closing early. It's 2:06 & not open. This is like this random times through the week. I have pics and a vid I will post when I can. Also there are some clueless workers here. On girl younger is nice but there all typical state workers. Suck at there job. Luckily for them the state corruption favors them.
Update 2025, still bad service but seems to be new staff.

I don't think luck has anything to do with my experiences at this branch.
Have always had a good interaction with all that work near the counter.
They conduct themselves in a professional manner.

I have had multiple issues and poor experiences with this post office
I would have to say at least 50% of my packages are not delivered to my mailbox and end up in random boxes with no explanation why. I then have to call wait on hold for never less than 30 minutes just to get a response that they hope they can figure out what they did with your package. Im at the point where I can't place any online order that uses USPS as delivery. If you go to the post office it's typically a lengthy wait which I understand but they will kick you out mid transaction the minute its time to close despite how long you have waited(they are no friendly or courteous when they do this).

This post office has continually lost numerous pieces of important mail at my address and when confronted on it, did little to nothing to help me. They also continually work with one person up front when going in person. Lines are usually out to the door! Worst post office in America, hands down!

Everytime I go here, there is a huge line and only 1 employee working about as fast as paint drying. They always seem miserable too. I would never go here other than to drop off a prepaid package. Go to another provider its not worth the gamble at this place. Like go to FedEx or UPS the US Postal Service is no longer reliable or competitive in pricing anyway. Have had 8 packages in the past 6 months lost. Just more rotting federal infrastructure.
