“Took my E-bike in after my brakes started to fail and had a few other minor issues. Brian took the time to explain different braking options and got me a much more responsive braking system installed (new stainless cables, much better calipers with pads, the whole system) in only a few hours of work. Not only that, but he also repaired the shifting on my bike, and fixed up a few other issues I had with it. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone who wants a reliable bike at a reasonable cost. Left with a bike better than I bought originally 😀”
