Had a unit there for about two years. Waived fees after my grandma forgot to pay when my grandfather died. Cleaned out the unit one day before before the next months bill so I was expecting to have to pay for the next month but to my surprise they did not charge for it even though they could have in the agreement signed. We also got our deposit back very quickly. I would definitely use them again if we still lived in the area.
