I very rarely write reviews but I am compelled to write this one for a variety of reasons. Castle Auto Body is by far the best body shop I have ever dealt with. I have been an auto enthusiast for over 40 years and the quality and the workmanship coupled with the customer service is unsurpassed. There are so many sub par operations out there who try to hustle your car out the door as quickly as possible and figure the customer won't notice. Most wouldn't. I would and do and I can attest that they care of the smallest detail and you can be assured you are getting quality workmanship. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Castle Auto Body and get it done right the first time.

I recently purchased a ducktail to be installed on my 2005 Porsche 997. I called Hugo and we worked out a time for me to drop off the ducktail to have painted. After roughly a week, he called me to tell me that part had been painted and for me to come by so it could be installed. The paint work not only looked fantastic but they installed the new ducktail/deck lid and wiring harness in less than an hour. I also had a small spot of orange peel around the back bike/ski rack mount and Hugo removed this part and had it repainted again within a week. Can't say enough about the customer service that both he and Jess provided. If I ever need automotive cosmetic work done to my. car again, I will definitely be going back to Castle Auto Body.

Castle Auto Body is the best! I needed a 'my fault' repair on my beloved road trip car, a '21 Subaru Forester Sport. Hugo at Castle took me under his wing and walked me through everything, making the experience unexpectedly pleasant. Honesty and care at its best, watching Hugo & Jess is like attending a master class in customer service. My car was repaired in record time...well below the promised date and at the most competitive price. Hugo and his team even fixed some more unrelated minor damage so my car looks showroom new! I never thought I'd say that I love an auto body shop, but I love Castle Auto Body. The entire experience was above and beyond. Hugo & Jess make everyone feel like friends and family.

I had some relatively minor body damage to my Alfa Romeo. Castle Auto Body was recommended to me, so I brought my car there. For some reason, the insurance adjuster was a total dimwit, and caused immense problems over the settlement, but Castle took care of everything, and the repairs were flawless- it is impossible to see any damage. I would recommend Castle to anyone needing body work on their car.

Great experience getting my truck fixed up after bouncing off a telephone pole. Not only did the work come out nice, but they delt directly with my insurance making this much easier for me.

Hugo and Jess are some of the kindest guys I've had the pleasure of dealing with IN MY LIFE. My car wouldn't start and after an unsuccessful attempt to charge my battery using a battery pack, I called Castle (just down the street) in hopes they might be able to help. Not only did they show up in less than 5 mins to charge my battery, they installed my windshield wipers and insisted I swing by the shop so they could run a battery test and check my car engine to ensure it wasn't a separate or larger issue. With so many small businesses struggling and/or being in a position to take advantage to up sell service/repair, these gentlemen really went out of their way to help me with a general mechanical issue when their specialty is auto body repair. I cannot Thank them enough for putting my mind at ease knowing my car is safe and good to go! Please support this small business with good, kind, honest and compassionate people!

Bringing my car to Castle Auto Body was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. Not only did they do an exceptional job repairing my car, but they worked quickly, and went above and beyond to give me the best service possible. They're super friendly, totally upfront with everything, and their work far exceeded my expectations. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. World class coffee in their lobby as an added bonus. Five stars and then some!

Just came back from my first visit to Castle Auto Body and could not recommend more highly. They handled a few "scrapes and bruises" on my car from a bike-riding lesson mishap. Not only did they do a wonderful job on the car, but they did it swiftly and went above and beyond. Jess and Hugo are not only expert at their work, but are a pleasure! Highest kudos to this team.

I went to Castle and dealt with the owner. He handled an issue with my Accord with precision. He knew I had a parent in town and needed my car so he handled it personally within an hour. I'll be going back for any further issues I may have. I recommend this business without hesitancy. Very personable.

I can't be effusive enough about the customer serving here. I've been in twice, and both times everyone there has been focused on getting my car in tip too shape with no hassle or finagling. I have felt taken care of by them, and confident that I'm getting the best service and the service that the car needs, not what may be easiest or most profitable for the body shop. A true neighborhood gem that I was bummed to have to visit because of an accident I was in but happy I had them to take care of my car after.
