The reason they received a 1 was for customer service. They are terrible at returning calls or text messages. I have used them for three years and it takes about 3-4 weeks to get any return message. I am on a time schedule for chimney inspection for my condo and have left many messages and text messages and no call back this year. Great price if you can ever get them to answer your calls. I guess I will be looking for a more reliable company who give focus to customer service.

Unprofessional; emotionally volatile. I was initially excited by Ray's candor and prices, but he's liable to take things personally and act like an adolescent. If you're looking for a serious professional relationship, look elsewhere.

Terrible, I can't even call this a business, maybe its more of a hobby for them? Called and set an appointment and when the day came, no call no show and didn't respond to voicemail.

Absolutely outstanding job by Ray and his son Hunter! This was the second time since I've owned my home that I used Ray’s company and he was great both times. Ray was very thorough and knowledgable on what was needed to be done. Such a night and day difference with the before and after results. Ray went above and beyond and I now feel safer and more confident in using my fireplace more efficiently this winter season. I will absolutely continue to do business with Ray from here on out. I made an appointment to have my chimney cleaned and also an estimate for installation of a wood stove he never showed never called when I called to inquire what happened I left a message still waiting for a call back moving on

Ray was incredibly nice and helpful. We just moved into a new house and called to have the chimney looked at before we used it. He said it didn’t even need to be cleaned and explained to us how to use and take care of it. Would highly recommend and definitely will be calling him in the future! He showed up on time. He looked up the chimney for an inspection, the chimney was clean so no cleaning required. I was able to have him supply a chimney inspection form to submit to the condo association. That was $55.00..a cleaning was quoted as $95.00. I was pleased he was honest about the chimney. I have his business card and would request his services in the future if needed.
