Charged me 300 dollars to come in and introduce myself to my new primary care physician and get a doctors note. Thanks!

If you have an appointment, arrive 10 minutes prior, use echeck-in, you can expect prompt professional treatment and service. I recommend calling to make your appointment which was very easy to accomplish.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Was told only two of the facilities are taking new patients and the earliest booking date was 5 months from now.

I’ve followed my long-time PCP to this practice and have found the rescheduling process to be unreasonable. I was scheduled for late June, rescheduled into July, then August, and finally was told I couldn’t be seen until late January. To me, this comes off as unprofessional and with a huge lack of care.

Love Dr. Downs. Have been seeing her for years even followed her from her old practice to here. The nurses and the office staff right at the office are great. The reason I am only giving it a 3 star is the phone service is horrifying. We don't even get to actually speak to someone in the office. Getting an appointment for an office visit is next to impossible and if I need to talk to a nurse first it may be hours before they get back to me which is usually to late to be effective.

What a terrible facility to work with. We tried following my daughters doctor here and it has been nothing but headaches. You can NEVER get in touch with someone for a same day/next day appointment. You spend 20+ minutes on hole EVERY SINGLE TIME you call. They end up just telling you to go to Urgent Care more often than anything else and their triage nurses are absolutely incompetent. Never before have I seen a group care less about the patient. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The nurses and staff in the facility are some of the best, friendlies, most competent professionals I have ever seen, but the call center could not possibly be worse. On the rare occasion when I can get through to an actual person, they are grossly incompetent and will put me on hold indefinitely. Do yourself a huge favor. SIGN UP for the online Dartmouth Hitchcock portal if you want to communicate directly with someone. Their call center is 100 percent useless.

Worst facility for customer service. Never answer phones nor return calls. We are going to find another primary care physician.

Used to love this place, now all their calls go to a call center. My daughter has now lost 2 days of school because of the call center not giving the doctor my messages

The staff is nice friendly and respectful. It’s medicine- so none of us are ‘happy go lucky’ when we have to go so people are going to feel a certain kind of way; with that- the team tries hard to really accommodate to the community. Dr Downs and her team are AMAZING! The facility is clean and maintenances. Parking is convenient. This is a really well oiled team that does what they can with what they have.

Waited weeks for a referral and transfer of medical records to specialist, still don’t have them. Totally unacceptable! Difficult to reach a person for any calling need. This office is unresponsive to messages sent through the “Myd-h patient portal. Dr. was unable to properly diagnose my problem. In the end I had to have the Dr. add blood tests I wanted in order to find the root cause of my problem. Dr. Ran lots of tests and ran up thousands of dollars of cost but in the end was unable to diagnose the problem. Will be taking my business elsewhere. I think the Dartmouth Hitchcock system is part of the problem. To big to provide healthcare needs to those who don’t have common ailments.

Please stay away from Dartmouth if you can help it. Perhaps the one in Lebanon NH is OK, but all these smaller practices are not great. My daughter was suffering from an undiagnosed, debilitating autoimmune condition and she was referred to mental help and nearly put on anti-psychotics.The doctor at this practice could have found the underlying condition by a simple blood test. She needed medical treatment not psychiatric treatment.

Dr Downs is amazing! Wait times when calling are normal and the staff is super polite. Process is quick and easy. They can even send scripts electronically! Everything about my experience here has been nothing but upstanding and I recommend anyone who is looking for a Dr to come here while they are still accepting new patients! ???
