Manager was downright rude. Cashier was very sweet and welcoming. I showed up at 8 minutes before close. I just needed a couple paper products and plastic cups that I knew wouldn't take literally more than a minute.... When I opened the door she in a very SNARKY manor said, 'We're closed"!! I said.."You close at 9:00..correct?" She said "Yes in a few minutes. I in a calm tone said, so your not closed yet, correct? I just need to grab dinnerware quickly." If I were her boss she would be fired on the spot for her nothing short of "SNARKY DEMEANOR". I went in she locked the door behind me and there were two people behind me when I checked out. Yet she rudely tried to send me off. When a store closes at 10:00, you don't send people away......RUDELY. Instead maybe... "Hello Mam, I don't mean to be rude...I just want you to know we do close in a few minutes with a ? or at least not a a rude scowl. The young girl needs to swap wages and rank with the woman who appeared to be in her 50,s and couldn't know customer service 101.....Keep the customers wanting to return......

I purchased 2 pillows which had an $8 price in package, but we're located with the description of the same pillow priced for $3 on the rack it was on, and directly above it we're sale items with an obvious sale sign, so having worked in retail myself previously this would imply that they are on sale for the $3 price. I got home to find that a picture frame I bought was also broken, so when reviewing the receipt I found that I was charged $8 for the pillows not $3. I went back to the store to both return the broken frame and question the cost of the pillows and when mentioning this to the Manager at the check out desk, explaining that they show a $3 price mark on the shelf with the exact description, she did not even bother to go look where I was referring to and only stated the $8 is listed on the package so that is the price. In this situation I feel it would have been appropriate for the manager to at least ask where I was referring to and check this to ensure I was charged appropriate, but instead she did nothing which is extremely upsetting. With the current climate today, balancing needs is a very hard thing and living in a single income household with a spouse who is sick, it has been increasingly difficult so any little bit helps which is why it was even more frustrating that the manager didn't even bother to check. I feel it's just sub-par customer service and it was as if she couldn't be bothered by my inquiry. I will not be returning to this store, which is even more frustrating as I visit this store almost weekly for everything from food, to cleaning supplies, to home decor items.

I have a service dog that the Hudson store management continue to give me a hard time about bringing in with me. Some of the workers are quite rude about it.
but on a good note Sam who works there is super kind and helps nicely.

There must be new management because since my last visit last year there's such a tremendous improvement. You can shop the store without boxes and carts filled with shelf stuff. It's clean, inviting and their always hiring!

Was quiet when I went inside. Employees not wearing mask stocking shelves. I don't want to wear the mask but I do because it's mandated. Other than that very clean and organized.

This location in particular is very well stocked & clean. I can't say the same at all whatsoever for the East Hollis st location in Nashua. What a nightmare that place is! I understand it's a tough location, but still not an excuse. I recommend driving a few extra minutes to this one in Hudson!

It was the second time visiting the Hudson store that I left without my items. No one is ever in the store they disappear. Maybe they should leave a bell for customers to ring. I won't be going back.
