You could not ask for a more professional, knowledgeable, and helpful service when buying a vehicle. The sale had to be delayed because the owner lost his title, and Coty kept me updated the whole time, and provided additional information and advice after the sale as well. Thank you!

Coty was an absolute pleasure to work with! He absolutely went above and beyond what I ever expected. I had searched for 6 months for a good reliable vehicle and finally found an amazing upgrade from my 97 Camry. I highly recommend Coty and have already referred people to go see him! I recently bought a used car from Driven Auto and had a very pleasant experience with the owner Coty.
He was very fair when it came to pricing - I asked Coty if I could have the car checked out by a mechanic, which is important to do whenever buying any used car, and he even took the time to take it there himself. We found a fair middle ground for the few problems the mechanic found that did not show in a regular inspection (which it passed). Coty even did some detailing on it before I picked it up making it look and feel very new.
I love my Subaru and I enjoyed working with Coty!

I bought a truck last week from Coty Leblanc (owner of driven auto in Londonderry NH). He stated the truck was in excellent mechanical condition and would pass inspection no problem. I spent $30k on this truck to bring it for an inspection to find it needs well over $2k worth of work (blown out steering system not pictured in quote). I reached out to Coty to ask him about helping with the cost of the work, and he told me to screw.
Coty- as a hardworking homeowner, taxpayer and involved citizen of NH, I am very disappointed in what you did. This is a true shame that a local business owner is out to screw over people, and I will do my very best to alert other potential buyers of driven auto to find elsewhere to buy a vehicle.
To be clear the vehicle had less then 30 miles between date of purchase and inspection.

I'll start this by stating that the guys at Driven were were easy to work with and super accommodating. That being said, I purchased an older, low-cost, modified truck from them that required significantly more work than was casually, and very confidently, discussed at the time of purchase by the Driven team.
I should have had the truck checked out by a mechanic ahead of time, and that's on me. In the end, I had 3 separate mechanics all check in out to confirm the issues and what was needed - this was not an issue of some dealership being incredibly uptight about doing things by-the-book. The car drove, but all three shops had significant safety concerns.
I did a bit of work and sold it to someone, with a clear description of the issues, willing to work on it more. They just wanted the body style of the early second gen Tacomas.
There's no way to say if any of this was known by the Driven team, I like to think not. However, I hope this is a reminder that even with all 5 star reviews, you should still do your due diligence.
