After the way my elderly father was treated today for pulling up to an open pump, putting his credit card in, following the instructions, being instructed to select a grade left laza and pump his gas which he did and then endure the embarrassment harassment and flat out disgusting behavior from one of your employees is just disgusting.
I am sorry but it is not his fault that somebody pulled up to the front of your store, walked in, put down $100 and pointed to the pump he wanted yet your cashier put the $100 on the pump that was across from the pump my dad was at, that is not my dad's fault and does not give your gas station manager to come out and scream at my father asking him how he's enjoying getting gas free on another person's dime.
If your employee had actually been paying attention he would have noticed that my father was already on the pump that the other customer said he wanted the $100 worth of gas on but instead he took the other individual's money and opened up the pump one over from where my dad was pumping the gas that he had already paid for.
You threatened him, treated him completely disgustingly and I intend to take further action with the AEDA & I have already received information from 2 attorneys as to how to move forward And take action against Irving for treating someone with such a lack of respect simply due to age. Thankfully I recorded as much audio as possible

Very poor customer service. Not once but mutual times. It's a shame because it is right down the street. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I stopped in here to get a coffee. The store was well started and it was very clean. This really is a full service stop.
I was able to use the bathroom. It was very clean and updated with new fixtures and such. I was pretty impressed by that. A bathroom is an important place when you're on the road. So thanks to the management, I couldn't take many more photos and I understand didn't want private individuals being put on a Google review.
Keep up the good work there. You doing a good job?

Most employees are nice but one in particular is extremely unpleasant. Has absolutely no emotion or do I think he has any type of feelings just but the way he comes off. Won't mention the shift he works cause I won't put him out there but I'd you frequent there at multiple times im sure you've met him

Staff is helpful. But PLEASE get rid of that horrible coffee/creamer machines. Cream spray sideways and coffee is luke warm.

This gas station is always clean. Never have to worry if I'm desperate and have to use the restroom. They have always been clean. I can also always rely on them to have last minute things I forgot like milk or snacks.

It's a convenient gas stop but their prices are all over the place. if you're price conscience like me you will notice this. prices change 10 to 15 cents at a time. never pennies anymore. pumps are bagged and out of order more and more and the credit card system down often. been driving right by lately, you can do better Thank you

The staff is always so nice and fast, if your a regular they will remember what you usually get and are right on top of it! It’s very nice inside. The bathrooms are always clean for customers. The pharmacy staff if the absolute best! They’re so nice and always making sure your medication is ready as fast as they can! There is a lot of options for groceries, definitely not as empty as other stores!
