I went to them for a second opinion after the mechanic I went to before said that it had so many issues I should junk it. Turns out they were full of it. Thank you so much, if it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't have had a car.

Jok definitely my go to mechanic. As someone who doesn't k ow anything about cars knowing I have a mechanic I can trust is important. Tony is amazing and is always so pleasant and helpful.

Jok’s auto sales in Hudson NHMy son just bout a car from there. I don’t think I would buy anything from these guys.- Driving it home… Tire pressure waring light…. A taillight went out (I replace it) …. And the steering wheel vibrates driving over 60MPH. He shows me the car and the sunroof does not open and the passenger window does not always work.I drop the car off and they supposedly fixed the sunroof… They left off the bellows that covers the mechanism. The window stalls when closing because the shade jams up the assembly. You need to pull the shade as you are closing it. Grease stains on the headliner and shade from when they did the work.- Apparently, passenger window didn’t fail when they checked it. One more thing I will have to fix.-The sales guy test drove the car and the guy said to my face that he felt the vibration… Then he says they would only rebalance the tires but if there is something else wrong like a bent rim, they will not fix it. WTF… So, I guess the 30-day warranty is only for stuff they want to fix???... He did say after I complained about the support that they may be willing to rotate the tires. That shows what kind of place he runs. He is willing to hide the problem by rotating the tires but not fix it.-We replaced the bad lower control arm because of a warn bushing to fix the vibration problem. should have been covered but my son had to pay a qualified mechanic to fix it.-I am a mechanical engineer and have been working on cars since the late 70’s so I have a good understanding of cars. This sales guy (possibly the owner) is not someone I would recommend buying a car fromGood luck to you if you use this place.

Very happy with their service. I have had them repair several vehicles for me as well as doing maintenance. Another local shop wanted to charge me $4000 for repairs so my vehicle would pass inspection. I went to Joks and the repairs were only a couple hundred dollars. All the repairs the other shop said I needed was BS. Joks was honest and now they fix and maintain all my vehicles. Work is quick and done at a reasonable price. In and out every time. Never an issue.

The saddest part of leaving Hudson is leaving Jok's! They are honest, trustworthy and fair. I don't know if we will find another amazing Service company. Thank you for your help over the years!!!
