Needed to have my car towed from Nashua, NH to Malden, Ma. Called AAA, and they dispatched KLM, with an arrival time of over an hour. 25 minutes after the initial AAA request, I had a driver calling me saying he would be there in under 15 minutes. (Honestly can't remember his name) He arrived, was VERY professional, kind, and went above and beyond with his service. Definitely would recommend KLM for your towing needs.

Waited for 5 hours for a tow to grab my truck. Bahram drove out in 30 minutes and was super friendly and quick with the service. He even took a look at the truck and told me what was wrong with it. If you need help ever, make sure you got Bahram to tow you.

I dealt with the tow truck driver. He was an absolute j**** I highly recommend using another company when it comes to that department. Can't speak for the automotive aspect.
