Checkout staff was extremely rude. After refusing to say hello, respond to me or even look at me, the cashier threw out my receipt and immediately took the next customer so I couldn't get it reprinted. This was especially helpful as I just got home and found out I was sold the wrong thing and now won't be able to return it.

I come here weekly with a client and overall the store itself is fine — checkout staff are usually friendly and interactive. The issue is consistently at the deli counter.
When you take a number and it’s called, the first interaction is never a greeting — just “What can I get you?” To me, good customer service starts with a simple “Hi, how are you today?” I always try to ask the staff how they’re doing, but they rarely engage and often look miserable, like they don’t want to be there.
On one visit, an associate even showed visible frustration because my client asked for extra onions on his sub. That’s not the kind of attitude customers should experience. The food is good and fairly priced, but the deli service needs serious improvement.

I want to thank cashier Amy for being very helpful on 08/29. She helped me get rid of the change I had in my wallet. I loved her way of approaching me, surprised me how quickly she helped and her patience showed that she cared. She is definitely a people person. God bless women like her.
