I was helped at the Service Desk by an associate named Emma, and she went above & beyond when I was having a problem with a $$ home delivery item that hasn't shown up at my house and it's over a week late. She made lots of phone calls on my behalf and although the issue still isn't entirely resolved, she has escalated it so that it will be resolved soon. I truly appreciated her empathy and ability to think on her feet! I would recommend that Home Depot give her & her colleauges raises because a lot of the customers were pretty darned grumpy and she and her team did an excellent job keeping everything under control. Retail is rough today and this store has a great and caring staff!”

“As far as customer service goes - this is the best in the area for sure. If I'm having trouble finding something and I ask an employee, they take the time to walk me over right to the product. Im smack dab in between the Salem and Londonderry stores... a lot of Massachusetts plates always in the Salem lot, lines are longer, and because it's busier - people seem to be more impatient, and lastly, traffic in an out onto 28 is always congested. I've done curbside pickup in Londonderry and it has always been pleasant gone smoothly. I must have a perpetual perplexed look on my face, because as soon as I stand still and start looking around, someone comes over and asks me if I need any help finding anything.”

“I went in with my brother and he was looking for caulking, super tape, and some insulation to fix a leak on his trailer truck and the prices were very reasonable, service was excellent, and it was easy to get around the store. In and out no problem. Definitely worth a second trip. Enjoy!!!”

“Awesome service. We needed to fix one board for our deck and the "sawman" helped us sort out a solution when the standard boards were too wide. The staff were helpful and thought outside of the box.”

“VEGAN OPTIONS NOW AVAILABLE! PREVIOUSLY, I would've given the Walmart grocery department 1 star b/c a majority of their food selections are unhealthy, over-processed, refined sugar, high calorie, high fat, loaded w/sodium goods. Recently however, delicious VEGAN options are available. After watching the PlantPure Nation movie free on YouTube & Forks Over Knives on DVD, I chose to become a Vegan. I want to reduce my risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, obesity & other life altering diseases triggered by poor nutrition. I'm not "religious" about it but 95% of the time, I do try to make the healthiest choices to fuel my body & stay as healthy as I can. Today I noticed a wider variety of vegan selections...non-dairy soy based cheeses, vegetarian "meats" including burgers, dogs & deli slices (produce refridge section) that are plant based, a super delicious vegan pizza by Sweet Earth, almond/coconut milk yogurts, non-dairy milks (which they've carried for a while now.) etc. I'm happy I don't have to drive into Manchester & pay double-triple the price at Whole Foods any more. Hopefully they'll continue to broaden their variety to promote health & well-being!”

“I disagree with the first few posts in regards to staff... not sure who they are referring to but the staff are amazing.... they always say hello (at least the cashiers in the front do) and offer help. I know the customer service desk can be a little stuffy but we don't spend much time there so I cannot say much more. We always get impeccable service from Sheila the cashier and her manager Tracy... they always help us and are super friendly. Will for sure continue to shop here and I will never step foot into Lowes... now they have the unfriendly staff....”
