Pole’s is the most honest Automotive shop I have used. I started using Pole’s years ago to get a second opinion on my daughter’s $800 estimated repair bill.
Pole’s looked at the car and exampled there was nothing wrong. To make us feel better , they exampled and showed us why the car is safe. We left with no bill and since then all our family cars go to Pole’s. Honesty and trust is what you get from Pole’s
They do amazing work and always MUCH MUCH more reasonable than the dealership. I highly recommend using Pole’s for all your automotive repairs.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Poles for more than 10 years now, and have purchased one from them as well... I still have to pinch myself. Honesty, quality work, amazing people... I could never trust my or my family's road safety with anyone else. Customer for life, and the next generation will be as well!

Here's a nifty trick to how you can tell Pole's Auto is a trust worthy mechanic with the best prices in town all on your own: call them an ask for a quote.
That's what I did. They always send me quotes when I ask and they are fully detailed and itemized. Every single time they've been cheaper than the other mechanics I've called (most of whom don't even want to give you a quote and make a big stink out of it since that's how they rip you off).
I took my car to Valvoline to get an oil change and they refused, saying my oil pan had a hairline fracture and they couldn't do it for liability issues. So I took my car to Pole's, expecting to have the oil pan replaced. They called me up and said they saw nothing wrong with the pan and asked me if I just wanted a normal oil change for the normal price. Any other place could have sold me a new pan and the labor required, but Pole's is honest and its why I keep going back to them.
