Katelyn was AMAZING and fixed my Amazon return in no time and was so nice about it. Mercio had to re-print my labels for two separate packages because I needed my address to be a public one and was super patient when we realized our mistake. “Okay. Despite having lived in this town for a little over a year and a half now, I didn't realize that there was a consolidated postal service center that deals with....basically all vendors. USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL....doesn't matter. They do it all. Plus, you can get documents notarized here like the UPS center on D.W. Highway. The thing that doesn't make much sense to me are all the negative reviews. I mean, it's a POSTAL center. How do you bash a postal center? What? Di-...did they take too long to print out your receipt? I just happened by this place as I was in search of a FedEx drop off point. I came here with a label already printed on the box to ship, handed it to the guy, and that was it. Package arrived the very next morning, as promised via the overnight label. Quick, neat, simple. The location is also wicked convenient for us, since it's located in the same outlet vicinity as Market Basket and Chic-Fil-A. If you can't find those two places then I just dunno. ¯\_( ° °)_/¯ So, yeah. NH does consolidated postal centers as opposed to the traditional stand-alone services. No wonder I couldn't find any USPS kiosks in Nashua. Postal Service USA gets 5 packages stamped for overnight delivery out of 5.”

“Stopped here to mail my UPS package after being sent away from the UPS store 15 minutes before closing because it was determined to be "too close to closing to mail your package". No line, no waiting, friendly service and the hours for drop off are much better. And picked up a new phone charger while I was there using the coupon I received for mailing my package. Bonus.”

“I prefer to do my printing in store but I only had the option to make the Thank You cards I wanted online. I ordered them and when they came in, I opened the card and it said “YOUR MESSAGE HERE” in big black letters on every card! I was a bit irritated to say the least. I went to the store to see if there was anything I could do. Melissa was GREAT! She got right on the phone with customer service and was able to get me a refund. She then came up with a great idea for my cards as a way to still use them, so I took her advice and was able to use the ones I had ordered. Grateful for Melissa taking the time to help me.”
