“Everytime i 've been there they gave been courteous, kind, and helpful with all my packaging@ questions. Sometimes it gets very busy, but the staff doesn't get grumpy or rattled! The parking is alittle tight sometimes but its really just for a few seconds i think because people are coming and going, not shopping @ lingering.”

“My wife and I recently had a complicated copying project. We needed high quality digital and paper color copies of a large number of different documents. Many of these were old records and certificates that were hard to read. We worked with Jen at The Copy Shop over a period of several weeks. She was patient, thorough, professional and cheerful! We were in and out of The Copy Shop multiple times, and Jen was always there ready to help us. We highly recommend Jen and The Copy Shop.”

“I am surprised to see all of the negative comments and reviews. I have been going to this UPS store for years and the gentleman there is always very nice. Just busy. I even went there one time needing a notary public to sign an application paper to obtain a proper license for a job with the Massachusetts CCC and he did it for free. I am in that store once a week and have never had a problem. Sometimes people just have bad days. Maybe these people encountered him on a bad day IDK. I will actually be going there on Monday with a very large box and expect nothing but professionalism from him. I wish to extend my deepest appreciation to the man that runs the UPS store in the variety store is one solid guy. Don’t listen to all these haters. They must have a personal vendetta against this man.”
