When you have to copy or fax something you have to copy your paperwork onto their paper which cost you extra money. Cost me another $5 just to copy before I faxed which cost me $15 for 7 pcs. Staff at the copy area are useless and unfriendly with exception of the Gentleman who took the time to help me figure out the machine.
