I can concur on a previous poster's comments. Roy and crew (Andrew and Brian are who I work with) are honest, friendly, and knowledgeable (they don't just tell you what you want to hear, they tell it like it is, and then suggest the best approach/solutions). They also suggest ways to perform work that preserves your vehicle (for example, they offer Fluid Film undercoating to protect your vehicle undercarriage in the winter). They are also enthused about their profession, and they appear to strive towards excellence, as well as customer satisfaction. Big thumbs up!

Been using Roy's since moving to Hudson and it's easily one of the best mechanic shops around! Always helpful and gets things done in a timely manner. Reasonably priced and very friendly!

I bought my daughter's first car from Roy's and it had some issues after the warranty expired and Roy's went above and beyond to make everything right. I highly recommend them to any buyer.

They just want your money. Gave me a ridiculous quote and said I needed new tires. Went to town fair tire the next day and the man there told me my front tires were at half life and my rear tires were close to new.

I've been going to Roys for years now. I used to call around for estimates from different shops. They are usually the cheapest. But its not just about price. More importantly I trust them. It can be hard to find a place you trust and stands behind their work. Lets face it, its bad enough when you need a car repair, you want a place you can trust and not worry about. If you are in need of car repairs or inspection, give them a try.

2 times in a row I brought my girlfriends car there and both times he charged us more than going to the dealership. On top of charging her way to much he didn’t even start working on the car till 3 days after he said he would. I won’t be back for any more workUpdate 9-23-21You charged us $1350 to replace a CV joint dealer told me they would have used OEM parts and installed for $1050-$1200. Car had engine lights come back on 2 days later and you said you would have to charge full rate to look into what was just supposed to have been fixed.The last time it was brought in to get fixed to pass inspection. My GF paid over $1000 still no sticker. Sorry I brought multiple vehicles to you and have always paid minimum what dealer would have charged whether Nissan or Subaru. I won’t even be coming back for stickers. My business has been lost.

Forgot to get my car registered before they did my inspection, told me to run down to town hall and get that done then come back and they would do it for me anyway even if late for my appointment at that point.Great service, was nice chatting with the workers.

Honest. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Roy's is what every auto service center should be: a trusted advisor and a place that loves cars and what they do. Never had a bad experience here and always found them more affordable and honest about repairs than any others I've brought vehicles to be checked out.

The car this place sold daughter came with a free inspection. The car should not have passed inspection. The exhaust had a fence post instead of a pipe on it. Only gave her one key. Just recently found out this car was totaled then repaired by them. This place was a scam from start to finish. Avoid at all cost!

Great family owned business. Always reasonably priced. Treat you like family. Will also pick your car up and drop it off. Service is impeccable.
