I couldn't be any more appreciative with this place, they installed my new gpu and psu with a 1 day turnaround, and the system came through flawless, they even seemed to have wiped the outside cause there weren't any prints on the outside at all, plus they are very friendly, will continue to recommend and use their services

The guys here are super helpful and they make all the confusing tech-talk so simple. It's nice having knowledgeable people at Showtime to call with questions instead of dealing with annoying, online chatbots that just make things more confusing. It's always worth reaching out to these guys when tech needs pop up to see what my options are.

Don't let their small size fool you. The place is bigger than it seems, has all the best latest tech, and quite a selection. Yes, you can often find a better deal online, but you should be shopping here to support local business. And they're very knowledgeable professionals, so you should establish a steady relationship. Showtime staff knows all sorts of things to help you out.

They are very professional and helped me choose a motherboard, CPU, and memory that would be just right for how I use my PC, and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. They even gave me some tips on installig them myself, as it had been several years since Id done it. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, especially over that big box store near the mall.

I bought a new (to me) computer and the Microsoft Office 2021 for home and business. I made a mistake entering the email address that the product key is tied to, and now I cannot use the product key because it is tied to an incorrect email address. Showtime refuses to help me with that, saying I need to deal with Microsoft. After wasting most of my morning, I just got off the phone with Microsoft and they cannot or will not fix the issue, because I bought the software through a third-party seller. They referred me back to Showtime. So here I have software I cannot use and a computer that is severely hobbled. So basically I am out roughly $750 for a machine I just purchased last week.

They did not tell me about the return fee, return policy on the receipt just says to return within 14 days and the sign for returns is not visible from the register. I was excited to support a local shop but on top of the over priced monitor but I get better service at staples. The additional star is because the cashier only charged me 20$ for the return as opposed to 30$.

As a military veteran i say stay away from Showtime Computer. I went there to get a laptop computer looked at to see if it worked. I did not have a power cord. they said they would not plug it in to see if it worked, but would sell me a power cored for $30.00. I can buy one on amazon for $9.99. NOT ONLY BAD SERVICE BUT OVERPRICE ON PARTS. I believe that most of the positive revies are friends and family of the employees

I've visited when I needed some parts or components in a pinch. They usually have what I looking for, but it's a limited selection. For example I needed some new fans and the only option was some generic brand that lacked PWM.

I went to Showtime recently to get some upgrades done on my computer. The technicians were very friendly and helpful and were able to perform the upgrade of my system within 3 days. Their prices are a little expensive but they do a good job overall so I'd say it was worth it. I will definitely come back in the near future whenever I have the money to purchase their services again.
