This one branch made me never want to do business with any St Mary’s ever again. The attitudes from the managers and staff are absolutely horrendous for a professional setting. If you walk in, you’re most likely to see all of them sitting in one office. So unprofessional.

If I could give it lower star I would!! Do not use the ATM located outside at the Hudson locations. Always have issues with it . The ATM will take your card and your Money and it will take forever to get the money back into the account. The employee there refuse to help you and state that they don’t have anything to do with their ATM!!! They stated that the deposits I was making could be fraud . Ridiculous!!!! Just don’t go there

I refinanced my car loan thinking I could get a better interest rate, (as the st Mary’s app kept suggesting I do) so I called and made an app with a Kelsey F. In Hudson NH To potentially re finance my car loan. I asked if it was honestly worth doing, she reassured me yes I would have a lower interest rate and save money. I was never told of any fees whatsoever associated with other this re financing at any time. I closed a 12 k flat account for a new opened account with 12600. I felt I was mislead and not told of all the fees. They just want new loans. I wished I never re financed at all. My credit dropped more than 60 points. Terrible customer service

My dad has been a member of gateway credit union since 1958, I have been a member since 1999, then they sold to st marys bank, never received an attitude on anything, rules are rules, always excellent service

For the past 8 years I have been a member, originating in the Milford office, and have enjoyed that experience very much. On March 16th I drove up to the bank teller in Hudson looking to use my new credit card but it had not been activated. I thought that the bank might be able to activate and use, but instead received a snotty comment about not activating it myself. The woman was a more experienced teller/manager, long blonde hair and was very unsympathetic and rude. I think I will go elsewhere for any future transactions. Very unprofessional and non-credit union friendly. I think the young lady needs a job change or for someone to make it for her.

Wouldn't even waive the fee for me to cash my coins because my husbands name is a member of the bank and not me. They told me to bring my husband and he can cash the coins for me. Give me a break

St Mary’s bank denying Immediate CASH access to your money during a world pandemic. They stated that I was limited to the amount of cash I could withdrawal from my account in a single day. WOW Needless to say I am closing my account and will no longer do business with St Marys Bank in the future

Its definitely not a friendly bank to go to. Went in one day to dispute a payment and the woman who helped me stated that sometimes people pay and say they didn't. Not what i want to hear especially if I have never disputed any payment before. If i was trying to steal it wouldn't be for $30. Im most likely going to another bank. I don't like to be called a thief or even a suggestion of being one. My bank should be defending me not accusing me.

Poor Customer Service Employees have an attitude problem. They're too much like a commercial bank. I thought credit unions were for the member. How times mauch changed. I'll be closing my accounts and moving to another customer focused institution.

Terrible service, terrible hours. How can you shut down someone's card and not tell them that they need to get a new one. And neglect to tell them that their account was among the ones hacked. This is literally the only bank I have problems with. Every other bank I have (3 others ) are absolutely fantastic compared. I cannot trust this bank with anything. Nor do I want too anymore. Friends and family feel the same way. And I will not deal with this garbage service you call a "bank"

I can't begin to say enough about St. Mary's Bank in Hudson! In particular, our loan officer Dave L'Heureux was considerate, caring, involved and SO responsive! He kept us up to date literally minute by minute. He helped us with everything from start to finish. St. Mary's was the ONLY bank out of 17 institutions that I contacted that helped us get an equity line of credit so we could continue to purchase our new home when the buyer for our current home cancelled. Everyone from the admin people, the tellers, the appraiser knew how quickly we needed to get this loan so we wouldn't lose the new house and they all worked together to make it happen. Thank you St. Mary's!!!!!
