I had my brakes done at Sullivan Tire and I was having an issue with one of my brake pads. I was all upset thinking it was something serious. They pulled my car right in and found out it was one brake pad, the issue was with a pin. They honored and stood by their product. Sullivan Tire
had fixed it for me the same day. I got all upset for nothing. I have been going here since it was Brake and Go, probably twenty plus years and they have always been wonderful to deal with and stand behind their work I would highly recommend Sullivan Tire in Hudson New Hampshire.

Everyone was very professional and went out of their way to accommodate everyone that came in while I was waiting. The employees really seemed to like working there and it showed in the way that they treated the customers. They did a quality job installing my tires and making sure that I chose the correct tires for my specific needs. I didn't feel nickel and dimed like I have in other places in the past. In fact, they saved me money when I didn't need an alignment. So, I actually spent less than I expected when I went in. I highly recommend Sullivan Tire.

I’ve been going to this service center for my car inspections for the past six months, and I want to sincerely thank Nick and Jay for their outstanding support. They’ve consistently provided honest, thoughtful advice that truly works for us—not just pushing for more sales.
Recently, I had a transmission issue with my 2016 Honda Pilot, and Nick took the time to inspect it twice. Instead of rushing into repairs or billing me unnecessarily, he gave me a better suggestion: to first consult the Honda dealership and then return for any needed repairs. That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.
To show my gratitude, I brought them Dunkin’ Donuts today. 👍👍👍👍

Love this location. Great staff and fast turnaround. Adam is a prime example of how a mechanic should be. Honest, breaking everything down, educating the customer, and giving the customer what they need. Great conversation, great work (from what I can tell), and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We had an issue with our tire on my husband’s tire on his truck due to another company. This Sullivan tire was very helpful. Adam, Zach and Nicholas were AMAZING!! They helped us tremendously. I would highly recommend doing business here. Thank you for all your help when we were stranded 1hr 15 minutes from home.

Online scheduling was easy. Waiting room clean and neat offering free coffee or hot tea. Lots of reading materials and a TV that wasn't too loud. Staff were very friendly and clean cut. Service discount through my email was accepted with no hassle. Price was reasonable for my oil change. Very happy with my experience

Called Columbus Day about getting tires for the wife’s suv and they were able to suggest a decent tire and get it pretty quickly and get it done. They checked my alignment and was still within spec so they didn’t do one or charge me for one. Very thankful for unnecessary charges and had it ready to go. Had a few hundred mile road trip this past weekend and very happy with the complete experience. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

Friendly staff, and accommodating. Dropped the vehicle the day before the appointment in the afternoon and asked if it could be done by 11am the day of appointment. Got a call 5pm the day it was dropped saying the vehicle was done! Was not expecting it done a day early, but so thankful! Quality of work was great and would definitely recommend using Sullivan Tire in Hudson!!
