Don’t bother getting a U-Haul at this place. I reserved a U-Haul and nobody was even there to assist me. I called multiple times and nobody picked up. What a joke

I arrived to pick up the cargo van. The office was closed. No one answered the door or the phone. The customer service people said they were offline. I’m very upset this place is awful. I would never suggest anyone get a U-Haul from this company. It’s a waste of time.
