I showed up at 7pm to pick a 10' truck up ("after hours"). When I arrived, it was covered in ice and snow. I Ubered there and had to take off my sweatshirt to get the snow off of the truck because I didn't have an ice scraper (it was about 25 degrees outside). I was also in sandals because I wasn't expecting to have to do this extra work and be outside for an entire hour. Luckily someone driving by saw me and stopped to let me borrow her ice scraper. On top of that, the check-out process online requires you to give access to your location to even sign the truck out - rather than just acknowledging that you showed up to the site that you made the scheduled appt with. I talked to someone from corporate on the phone and she was barely any help but she got me through to the website and transferred me to someone else named Kyle. Kyle was great and understanding. I asked him if the woman who transferred me told him my issue and he said no. I told him everything and he just listened and didn't try to make any excuses for the issues. He signed me into the account because I was still held up on that. And he gave me the code to the lockbox to get the keys. I went over to the lockbox and both the box and the truck were already unlocked. So far I did not have a good experience at this Uhaul location so I'll see how it goes when I turn it in.

I arrived to pick up the cargo van. The office was closed. No one answered the door or the phone. The customer service people said they were offline. I’m very upset this place is awful. I would never suggest anyone get a U-Haul from this company. It’s a waste of time.

If I could give it no stars I would... the guy at the desk told me "I will only charge you for 30 miles to cut you a break" then I get a bill for 62 miles. I call him this morning to ask if there was a mistake and he comes at me with " I gave you a break on the rate per mile I can't play with the miles " bad business decision to lie to your customers. Won't ever rent or use this joke of a company again.
