“Roman, the salesman I dealt with couldn’t have been more relaxed and low key. I had inquired about a car listed online. The exact car I called about was sitting right out front waiting for me. No bait and switch. Roman simply handed me the keys and told me to go check it out. He didn’t try to sell me on any “extra” features the car had or tell me the proverbial story about the little old lady who owned the car previously. No upsells. I expressed interest in the car but explained I needed to have my mechanic inspect it. Roman, unfazed told me that was fine. A few days later I took the car to my mechanic. He found one small defect, something to do with a strut? Anyways, Roman agreed to order the part and do the repair and he was true to his word. I asked about financing which he is able to do, but he advised me that a local credit union could probably give me a better interest rate, and they did. Thanks for that advice, Roman! When I went to pick up the car it was Victor that I finished up paperwork with. He clearly explained which papers I needed for registration and was knowledgeable answering any questions I had. These guys were a pleasure to do business with. Check them out, especially if like a lot of people you are uncomfortable car shopping. No games, no tricks, and no pressure at this place. Oh, and the loan officer at the credit union commented on the purchase price, telling me that my car was valued at a few thousand more! Thank you Roman and Victor! I’m loving the car!”

“I took my new Subaru Outback to Granite Subaru for its oil change and tire rotation. First time at the dealership and I have to say that I was very impressed with the place. Super friendly and welcoming staff who were able to answer my questions. The waiting room is spacious, comfortable, and offers free coffee and vending machine options. The work was completed quickly and I received a complimentary car wash. I’ll most definitely make Granite Subaru my go to for service.”
