You look up a phone number and gives you an EMERGENCY number for the post office in Hudson on 77 Derry St.Than they give you the phone number over the phone to contact the post office. Talk about management. Inconvenient for customers.

I needed a single piece of tape to seal up a box for USPS. The two women working seemed to be in a bad mood and snapped that they don't offer packing materials. Surely they have a tape dispenser somewhere?? I even offered to pay for the materials. No, not allowed to use it, come back when the package is ready to ship. Okay, so I went a little down the road to the UPS office. They were super friendly, taped it up for free and sent it off. It could've been that easy, USPS ?♀️

Postal carriers need to learn how to read numbers. My mail always gets put into other mailboxes and I get other people’s mail. Hire smarter people!!!!

They were very helpful and friendly when I went into change my address. I also had a missing package that was forwarded even though the address was correct, mistakes do happen but the manager Paula took the time to find my package and give me several options on how to get it back. It ended up being delivered that day anyways but they really went out of their way to help me out thank you guys
