Awful experience. Had the displeasure of working with the store manager, Mike and the district manager, Danny Cooksey.
The worst customer service you can imagine per mentioning even the district managers inability to help resolve a multiple major issues.
The store manager; upgraded my plan, added numerous add ons not approved and even lied or was uneducated about pricing increases.
On top of this, the store manager forged my signature without my approval and two months later I am still trying to get $800 back from this store through corporate.
Go to Nashua, Londonderry, Manchester instead.
Their only education, experiences as salesman comes with their internalization of bait and switch.
Checks and balances. Nightmarish experience at the very least.

I was treated very poorly. I'm old school Zach and Michael were very rude to me that's the way I look at it. I was charged a 200 package deal for 3 accessories! They refused to return my phone and I only got less than half of what I was charged. Do not go here!!!

Aweful. Wouldn’t transfer an existing work account of 20 years to a new phone stating “he would lose his job” if he didn’t have the owner of my company present in the store to show ID even though I had the policy PIN number and the owner on the phone offering anything he could possibly ask for. Bad business.

People there have awful customer service. Sell items 4X the market price and nothing is priced until you ask. A phone case, charger and screen protector $150 you do the math, price gouging. They told me $100 for phone activation, not true Verizon charges $35. Don’t pay activation fees to the store Verizon will not reimburse you. My bill went up with all kinds of add-on’s I didn’t request to boost their commission. I spent 3 days on the phone with Verizon to fix my bill. These people are not affiliated with Verizon, their store sign is deceiving. Don’t get succored go direct and call Verizon or online store.

Buyer Beware. This is a 3rd party retailer (Russell Cellular), not a corporate Verizon store. Changed me to a higher priced plan while selling me devices with promotions that Verizon was unable to apply. After several attempts to resolve between RC (Mike) and Verizon corporate, Verizon stated I was within the 30 day window and could return the devices to the store for a refund. However, Russell Cellular refused to honor Verizon's 30 day return policy even though it was only necessary because of their mistake. One of the worst retail experiences I've had.

Provided false information about the upgrades available around my trade-in resulting in a bill that went up (despite my repeated insistence that I wanted my bill to remain the same and their assurances that'd be the case).Save yourself the aggravation. Go to an actual Verizon store (Londonderry, for instance) and avoid resellers like these guys who care about the Verizon commission and not the service provided.

I am very disappointed by the service I received at the Hudson Verizon. I came into the store in August ready to purchase a new iPhone. The staff and store manager were very helpful at the time and informed me of a $700 promo I had available for a trade-in. I happily traded in my old iPhone and weeks later was seeing no reflection of a trade-in credit on my account. I spoke with a few customer representatives over the phone on a 1-800 line who both confirmed I had up to $700-800 in trade-in promos. I spoke with the store manager Mike many times on the phone after realizing the trade-in was submitted as an "organic" trade-in and therefore I only received $112 of the $700 promised. I spoke to another staff member in Hudson to figure this out and she ensured me she was "working in paperwork" to resubmit my trade in. After a few more weeks went by I spoke with both Mike and the general manager Danny regarding my case. Some phone calls I was told that the paperwork was submitted and that it was just a matter of time and others that there was more paperwork to be filled out. The process was never ending and I felt as though I was not receiving any solid answers. I also took it upon myself to email the manager Danny and again was reassured the paperwork was being worked on but weeks later still saw no reflection of a promo on my account. In general, Mike and Danny were very kind but again I felt as though my issue was not being addressed properly. The biggest disappointment with the customer service was when I left my name, number and a message on two different occasions for a call back from the store manager and both times never receiving a phone call. That same day I tried calling the store multiple times and the phone was never answered. I took it upon myself to speak to a representative on the Verizon website and within 5 minutes of speaking she was able to see I had a $800 trade in promo available and she applied it to my account and even made up for the 3 months of credits that I missed out on while trying to sort this issue out. It upsets me that I got answers in 5 minutes online that I did not receive in almost 4 months of working with the staff at Hudson. Kind people. Just not the best service. I unfortunately will not be returning to this franchise again.

Katie in the store was wonderful to work with. I am an older woman who does not know much about cell phones. I just knew mine would not take a charge anymore. I knew I needed a new phone but I was worried about the cost & having it fit my budget. Katie put me right at ease. Kate is very down to earth & listen to everything I said. She looked at my plan first & found I could change it to save a little money on my budget & get a new phone for only ten dollars! To the owner or manager please know you have one great employee. If you can please give her a pat on the back or a bonus of some sort.Thank you,Sandra Skribiski

Be careful here. The owner and I took up a little conversation after I went in for an issue with my phone. They guaranteed me that I could get a new phone as well as a watch for the same price or less than I was already paying. We'll see how that plays out. The owner offered to gift me a case, a charger and glass for my new phone. I told him it was not necessarily. He said it was what he wanted to do. I go in and they charge me $150 for the bundle and now they're telling me it was my misunderstanding. I can bring the stuff back which I've already used and get the credit. I would never do business with them again. Besides that, there's an activation fee of $75 which I have never paid by ordering my equipment online. I have a feeling my bill is going to be more than what it used to be..

just got the iPhone 13 pro max from Verizon I ordered it online, came perfect then tried to find a case and screen protector and a whoping 39$ for a clear case but it’s a ok case so that’s ok but this has got to be the worse thing of all is the screen protector costed 59.99$!!! And even worse then that is that it’s some cheap knockoff screen protector and even worse then that Ik it can get worse… is that they made me put it on.

Customer should always go to a corporate store so the don’t have to pay additional charges. Was lead on to believe that if I bought additional accessories for my phone I’d be waived of a $50 set up fee. The next day I called Verizon corporate and was told they never heard of a $50 set up fee, it doesn’t exist. I didn’t appreciate the misleading lies the worker told me just to make another dollar out of me by buying more accessories. Don’t recommend this location!
