Going to have to change pharmacy. Being closed both weekend days and also closing at 6 PM weeknights is so frustrating. Walgreens is losing my business. Going to update all physicians to send prescriptions elsewhere.

Pharmacy is understaffed. Closed on a Saturday with no prior notice. Don't have medications sometimes so you have to drive to another Walgreens. Text saying prescription is ready and it is not. Long, and I mean long, waits in drive-thru. We switched to CVS, much faster!

Its bad enough they are closed on weekends, but now they have cut back on staffing so much they can't keep up with the customers they do have left..what the heck is Walgreens doing???? how about taking care of your customers, before your store closes for good.

Don't show up automatically for Rx DURING posted pharmacy hours...still may be no pharmacist. Terrible trying to get someone on the phone - feel like I'm in a loop. TERRIBLE

Seems like the pharmacy is closed now- not sure why or when it will reopen. There is nothing on their web site. Will ask a clerk when I go in today. Seems like they are not very good at communication in an area where people can't just go somewhere else at the drop of a hat.

Don’t bother going here, they don’t answer their phone at all if you wait on the phone for 20 to 30 minutes they hang up as soon as they answer. Go somewhere.

The pharmacy is not open on Sunday. This is. New thing since June 25. I can't imagine why a pharmacy would be open LESS hours.

The pharmacy randomly closes during business hours, the manager Lucy Alvarado screamed at me when I called to ask when I could pick up my prescriptions since the sign read the store was closed due to state regulations and I assumed it was due to COVID. I told her I was on travel starting tomorrow and need to pick them up today and told her I felt the sign is misleading. Lucy screamed 'why don't you just call whoever and complain about me and how I run my store then because I can't control what that sign says'

Pharmacy was 'put out" when they didn't have antibiotic in stock and asked if other locations had it. One did and they said they would forward script over. Got to Main Street location and they didn't receive, researched and found it was completely deleted. I had to have doctor resubmit. This ultimately caused a 3 day delay in receiving med and more time off work than was necessary - all due to their unacceptable actions. I'd give a negative star review if it were an option

Love this Walgreens! Every time I go there, the cashier at the front desk always greets me with a warm "Welcome to Walgreens". They are all very helpful. The pharmacy staff could use the same training, as they sometimes seem 'done with their job' and don't want to be as helpful. Overall, for a chain store; I still feel like it's a local and friendly operation.

I'm sure Walgreens is fine in most other respects, but the tie-in with FedEx is woeful. I went in there with some papers and a prepared label. What I didn't have was the mailing envelope to put the documents in. I was told I could 'buy' an envelope and use that. How difficult would it be for Walgreens and FedEx to think this through and provide a small stock of their boxes and envelopes at each store? I think it's a big thing not to have this stuff in-store, and a small thing to make it right.

I called to refill a prescription, and the automated program confirmed I could come in to pick up anytime after 3pm. When I got there at around 4pm, they told me they did not have my medication or any of its substitutes. They didn't volunteer any options to help the situation, until very reluctantly suggesting that they could call another Walgreens, which also didn't have it. They seemed very unwilling to call any other places, so I left. Seeing as this is a med you should not go off schedule with, and pharmacists should understand that, they should be willing to help. I was unhappy with how the pharmacists reacted to me. A helpful demeanor and more focus on customer service would go a long way.

Stop in there many times. Very helpful pharmacy, call when your scripts are ready and call to remind you about refills needed. Good selection of wines and soda many thing you may run out of. Greeting cards cosmetics all kinds of personal and household needs. Store is clean. Has wheelchair access and parking. Also drive up window for dropping off and picking up prescriptions.

I love this Walgreen's, the people are very nice and very helpful! The pharmacy is the best, the pharmacist there are always willing to go the extra mile to help, I think they are all great.
