Picture this. I'm trying to enjoy a nice spring break with my girlies. The sales tax in Massachusetts is outrageous, so we figure let's drive into New Hampshire and purchase our goods. The first store we see upon entry is Walmart. We hop out, having no idea the horrendous experience we will endure. No gluten free foods, no produce, no liquor. This walmart wants their customers to be unhealthy and sober. On top of this, half of the workers couldn't speak english. DO BETTER.

I visited Saturday after having a bad day. And I NEVER thought that going to walmart would turn my mood around and regain my faith in humanity. The people were friendly and the employees were nice. The cashier we had made my day! She let me use the scanner to help scan the big stuff. She was so friendly! We need more people like her.... I hope she reads this! :')

Jan2023:2: I would not recommend the shopping location nor any of the workers at the register on this visit. I don't know how I feel about this store. It appears to be well stocked, but trying to check out is a mess. I had to score this store lower because management has a clear failure in their responsibility to do the required job at this store location. The parking lot is roomy enough for large vehicles with ample handicap parking spaces in front. This store is one of the stripped down types that I see is common here in the northeast areas.

The girl at the register does not even want to do minimum amount of work. She does not want to put anything in the bag and just standing there while looking at customers doing the bagging. Has the policy changed in this place. Most of employees here do not want to be there but want to get paid. Please, can management train these group of brainless amoebas? Oh wait, amoebas probably have more intelligence. Or can management hire people who are willing to help customers.

worst Walmart. yesterday on June 30th 2022 they had one lane open and fir some reason closed the self checkout. today 7/01/2022 I ordered a tv to get picked up. that has now been delayed till who knows when. Not sure why I can't just go and pick it up inside. Tried calling to talk to someone and of course not a single person can answer the phone. do. it go here. take the extra few minutes and drive to Amherst nh or Salem nh.

I'm really sick of Walmart. This location always has poorly stocked shelves, a filthy parking lot and it's not much better indoors. Went to return some items, store opens at 6, Customer Service not until 7am and won't take returns at a register. What a pain and a dump.

Three people standing around at returns and only one register open. I ended up having to leave after 20 minutes

45 minutes to get a key cut is insane. These associates never show up let alone ask if you need something. And when paged have so much of a bad attitude it's as if me purchasing something is offensive. Never will shop in this cesspool again. Your cashier Swearing at my two year old while checking out is pure classless behavior

I had a really great experience at this location today. I made some returns and the woman at customer service who helped me was very kind, I wish I got her name. But then the woman who checked me out, her name is Shasta, she was an absolute angel. She was supposed to be leaving but I only had two items so she was going to check me out. My card wasn't working and she even waited for me to fix the problem and. Heck out with her. She was so patient and sweet and really just gave that level of customer service and kindness that can really make your day a little better. I plan to call and send more praise. Whatever I can do to shine a light on her kindness and patience. Thank you Shasta. It's been a rough couple of weeks for me and a lot of other people during lockdown and I bet you're making a lot of people feel better even just for a minute.

I went to this store 3 times last week and absolutely everyone was so nice and helpful! I'm not familiar with this store, & I needed help finding and returning really varied items, and every single associate was kind and helpful, which is really impressive during this pandemic. All the employees were wearing masks and a smile (in their eyes LOL). Some items that were listed as in stock online weren't there, but that's the case with most large chain stores, and in Covid times I'm not gonna stress that a $4 scrub shirt on clearance was gone. Bathrooms were clean and the store was organized. I made sure to tell the employees how kind they were, and unfortunately it seems that these essential workers aren't getting the praise they should. I never had to search for an associate, and literally every person was friendly, from the floor to returns to electronics to the cashiers. Please make it known to the associates if you appreciate them-they're putting themselves on the line so we can get good deals!

Went in today looking for a baby pool float for my nephew. On the app it said they had all different ones but when we were looking there were none to be found. I asked at least 3 people for help and none of the women knew where they were. One even told me she's never heard of them before... no one offered to help look it up or help us look. This was the only store in the area that said they had them so needless to say I was frustrated and pissed off. It was a 98 degree day out lol their customer service is atrocious and the people are so incompetent. This is not the first time I've experienced this but today I finally decided I was fed up. I do not recommend this store at all.

I went to Walmart at Hudson NH around 1 pm on 03/16/2020. I only picked up two things and went to pay for my stuffs. After I paid, I noticed that I got charged two tubes of tooth paste but I actually got one. Therefore I asked the cashier and she tried to return the extra at the cash register. After the cashier started returning the tooth paste, she asked a woman to come to the cash register to approve. The woman was very rude after she came, she asked why the cashier tried to do a return because there was a customer behind me. The only thing she said to me was to go to customer service to return. I did not want to give the cashier a hard time so I left. And I politely asked the woman who was asked to approve the transaction why couldn't I get the return at the cash register and looked like the cashier already started doing that. At first she tried to ignore me and when I asked one more question she was upset and said something really rude. Then I asked her for her name and I also tried to read her name tag and she just walked away. I finally got my refund for $3.00 something after 15-20 minuets waiting. At that point, I asked to talked to the store manager and the person who did the return told me to talk to a woman who is in charge of the front desk. I waited for another 10 minutes. Finally, I talked to the woman in charge of the front desk and the only think she wanted to know was the woman's name. She tried to brush off the whole situation because I could not tell who that person was. It was so funny when she tried not to listen to me, the cashier came to the front desk. She had no choice but asked the cashier for that person's name. Then she said she would talk to that person. My question for Walmart's management was why did she want to talk to the person but not try understand the whole situation. I was only bothered by the attitude of the person who tried to approve/disapprove the transaction. She was very very rude. And also, as the front desk manager/superviser. the least she could do was to ask me what happened. I shopped at Walmart a lot and was never treated this way so I HOPE that those who refused to listen to the customers' complaints SHOULD BE EDUCATED again.
