“It looks like many reviews here are very old, so I wanted to add my two cents. Milford Flooring installed new laminate in my condo in July of 2025. From the moment I walked into their showroom, I was treated with respect as they showed me the many options I had to choose from. Less than two weeks later, Kip came to my home to take measurements and he further explained the process. Within a month, Richard arrived to do the install and he was fantastic, skilled, and very considerate. He had to return a few weeks later to fix a VERY small imperfection -- and that's what I think is most important to say here. When you do business with a company, you want to know they will immediately rectify any issues or concerns, no matter how small. And Milford definitely stands behind their product(s) with no argument or deflection; they are the epitome of pure customer service. I highly recommend this company and will do business with them again if I find myself in need of more new flooring.”
