Dry, and clean for outside storage. It was affordable as well. We had to extend our stay due to a hurricane and they were understanding as we had already said we were leaving. Easy to gat in and out to add stuff to our bin. Would use them again if needed.

Have had trouble getting in do to gate not opening. Got locked in once. Had to call and get talked though overriding controls to get out. Place needs new gate and controls.

We used Mountain Valley Storage when we moved here from NJ . We were renting a furnished house and had to put all our stuff in storage. Mountain Valley Storage were friendly and helpful during the process.I highly recommend using them.

Was very displeased with the onsite manager "Doug". Since day one, we were provided a quote for a unit, but was then charged a higher price. His response was that he decided to increase the prices. We explained that two days prior we were provided a quoted price by the owner. He said he calls the shots not the owner. We were in a bind so we paid the higher price. When we notified Doug that we were vacating the unit he was rude. He is not a good people person and would not be someone that I would want representing my business. Anyway, good luck. Just beware.

Doug and Kate are the best. Friendly. Place is always plowed and sanded. Big double units if you need it that are 2 door. Merry Christmas

We also had a great experience at Mountain Valley Self Storage. We were between houses and needed to store some furniture for the summer. Great location, neat as a pin, easy to access. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
