“Huge shoutout to Jon who saved my old ’92 Harley just 30 minutes before closing time, making sure I could hit the road back home (5-hour ride ahead). He had the part on hand and the kind of rock-solid expertise you don’t see every day. Even picked up the phone when I was stranded on Highway 112. Jon stayed after hours just so I could roll out the same night. I’d recommend him 200%—real customer service like that is rare these days. Thanks again, brother!”

I just went back to return the old battery and again two of them gave me great service helping me find some transmission fluid. “Took my 2016 Subaru Outback with 162k miles on it to TSS for a second opinion after being quoted thousands of dollars in repairs at another shop. I have a new car and want to keep it nice. You honor that. So far I have not needed any major work but when I do I will definitely come here if you can do the job. I do not trust the Honda dealer where I bought it.

“I had some warrantee work done on my 2024 Ford Bronco Sport, and the diagnosis and repair was done quickly and without issue. Everyone listened to my description of the fault, went in and diagnosed the issue (failing, non-communicating GOAT mode switch), ordered the part and installed it very quickly when it came in. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.”
