My husband and I got married here in 2019 and come back yearly for a stay. We usually come in winter and it’s always magical, but had our first summer experience in June 2023. I am disappointed to say a lot has changed under the new ownership. Staff was friendly, my dinner was good, but my husband’s was mediocre and didn’t match the high price tag. Breakfast was a HUGE letdown; it used to be delicious & included with the booking. Now, there are only 4-5 options and at extremely high prices ($20 -ish for eggs and toast) and neither of us finished our food because it just wasn’t good at all. I’ve always viewed the rooms as having a “casual charm,” but this time our cabin just felt a little dingy. The outdoor pool is unmentioned by the staff and not on the property map. Friday evening, we wanted to have a few drinks without the worry of driving, and the pub was closed. We sat outside on our porch and had strong whiffs of septic odor the entire time. Little did we know, there was live music and drinks right down at the outdoor pool (which we learned when we went there on Sunday, and paid something like $17 for a hot dog). I wish someone had told us at check-in about the pool hours. That will be our last annual trip, at least for quite some time while we wait if anything changes.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Carriage House Suite over the weekend for our anniversary. The Christmas Farm Inn was so cute and cozy. Our room had a jacuzzi, a fireplace, and a deck. As a huge fan of Christmas, I really loved all the decorations. The staff was all very kind and friendly. We had a breakfast and dinner at the inn which was also great. We weren’t able to book spa services at the Christmas Farm location, but the spa was able to book us for the relaxation room at the Thorn Inn which is very close by. The relaxation room was booked just for us two - there’s massage chairs and a sauna - we loved it.There’s also a lot to do close by. We went snow tubing, shopping in North Conway, and there’s a decent amount of cozy bars and restaurants. And you have to go to “The Christmas Loft”!Thanks again! :)

I took my mom to Christmas Farm Inn & Spa for a surprise 60th Birthday trip. My mom always wanted scenery out of a Hallmark movie and let me tell you Jackson NH and this Inn is the place to be. The scenery is gorgeous and the town is only 10 minutes away which makes shopping and food easy. I'm so thankful that this place provided a wonderful birthday for my mom and memories that will last a lifetime!Nearby activities: The town of Jackson and Conway have lots to do and great food. I recommend the Sunrise Shack for breakfast, the Red Fox for dinner, and the Old Village Bakery for the most amazing ham and swiss croissant you will ever eat!

Me and my wife were married at the carriage house a couple of days ago and everything was amazing. The entire staff was very courteous and welcoming and the room was fantastic. Barbara was amazing and Abraham was an absolute star, I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a nice and comfy place to stay when in or around the Jackson NH area!

My husband and I spent three nights starting the Tuesday before Thanksgiving to the day after Thanksgiving. We stayed in the Main House. While we enjoyed ourselves, I will say that the room we stayed in does need updating. The bed was comfortable but the furniture is definitely at least 20 years old. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the Inn mainly because almost all area restaurants were closed. The cost of the dinner, including gratuity, was $177. Yes, the plate had a lot of food but we personally did not enjoy it. I was excited to stay here to get in the spirit of the holidays but honestly, my expectations were not met. The employees were pleasant, especially Chris, who was very personable.

Rooms are clean and have space. Food is so so and still think we were overcharged on what should of been in our package and what we should of paid for. Drinks are made strong. Spa has amazing staff and they do a great job. Best part of the visit!Nearby activities: Not far from conway or restaurantsFood & drinks: We only go to dinner since its part of the package. It was okay. Chocolate chip lava cake had no lava. And drinks are tasty but strong

The rooms were super clean. The environment was quiet and peaceful. We had a balcony with a great view of the mountains and a walk in shower was a nice bonus. Already planning our next trip!

My husband and I visited a few years ago and we came back for a little break and to admire the foliage. Our room was in the main inn and was comfortable and beautiful. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. The spa was incredible! I’m a fan of Aveda products and it didn’t disappoint. A beautiful, welcoming waiting area and the masseuse did a wonderful job! The staff always had a smile and was willing to help. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed in the carriage house/spa! (It was our Anniversary so we booked massages LOVELY!). Our room was Spacious….SO homey! Fireplace and hot tub were a favorite. LOVED the high, BIG bed, however a small stool would have been great (I’m short!).Pool was lil chilly. Hot tub was toasty, however we couldn’t figure out how to turn~on the agitator!?!We loved Jackson! All the surrounding hot spots were PERFECT! We didn’t have to waste a lot of time driving around! The hotel restaurant was unfortunately closed. (However the hotel staff gave us fantastic recommendations that were literally five minutes away & were EXCELLENT!). The cute country store Flossie’s was also closed…This just means…we’ll be back soon!Totally enjoyed the uniqueness and charm the Christmas Farm offered. Highly recommend ? Lovely Anniversary getaway for us ?Rooms: Cozy. Fireplace. Jacuzzi tub in our bathroom. BIG high bed. View mountains. Spa experience.Nearby activities: Jackson Falls. Great restaurants near by.Town North Conway not farWalkability: Loved walking around the hotel grounds, love to exercise so I appreciated.

On a ‘fly drive’ tour of New England ( from Scotland) we were delighted to spend a couple of nights in Jackson at the Christmas InnWe were in the barn room - really comfortable and separate from the hotelMost important of all though we’re the staff of the hotel. Very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Service and standards were excellent and the restaurant was small but excellent.Only hotel I’ve ever been to when the check in includes a warning about approaching the local bear ( not many bears in the UK ) ?

Great place. But it's historic. Not many outlets in the rooms. The stairs to go up are higher than normal steps. Floors are a bit uneven. I find it charming, but hey, that first time up the step with the suitcase, i had doubts i was gonna make it.Would definitely recommend

Loved the Inn. We went for our son’s birthday. Very clean, friendly and professional staff. Beautiful property!!!!I wish the breakfast was included with the price of your stay or at least have the option to add it, I was told by the clerk that stopped in April of this year. Oh and the outside pool looked green ??♀️ but it was warm according to other guests.I would definitely go back.Nearby activities: Close to Storyland and the aquarium. North Conway and many restaurants and other attractions.

Disappointed. We've been coming here every Summer and Winter for the last 7 years. Unfortunately due to our recent stay we will not be returning. The room we stayed in required us to park across the street. Not the end of the world but for someone with knee/hip problems it's inconvenient. The room was clean but outdated, no longer have housekeeping services. We were told upon arrival that the indoor pool was closed for cleaning. That was on Sunday. We asked them on Monday if it was open. We were told no. We asked again Monday night and were then told that it has been open and that someone just forgot to take down the sign.. Breakfast has maybe 5 ridiculously overpriced options ($65 for 2 adults and one child) they got our daughters meal wrong, didn't offer to remake it, the girl apologized and asked if she wanted hot chocolate?? Our credit card was charged twice for the room. When my husband went to figure out why no one could give him an answer. The woman also charged our breakfast to the room after we paid cash. Make sure you check your credit card statement while staying here. It was just one disappointment after another. Never again.

Loved the location of our room, in the carriage house away from the main inn, had pretty lil balconies with pretty views. Rooms were nice, kinda outdated, but still nice. Dinner was incredible, service amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Had a hard working 15 year old girl as our server! Impressed by her work ethic and attitude! Flowers and grounds beautiful! And the price of the room was inexpensive compared to others. Will return!♥️Rooms: Clean, very nice, a lil outdated.Nearby activities: North Conway right down the road.Food & drinks: Amazing dinner choices. Great breakfast.Noteworthy details: Carriage house quiet, more private, across from pool, has balconies.

Our room was great. Large king bed, separate sitting area, private bath, and coffee maker and hot water maker for the morning. The inn is near Jackeon Falls and Black Mt. and close to the village of Jackson which was great to enjoy a nice walk around the entire village. The area, for a couples retreat, offered lots to do. We just needed the inn as a launching point and place to sleep. There were amenities we didn't take advantage of while we were there, but we will on a return trip. Overall, we will definitely be back, hopefully for the Christmas season and my wife's birthday.
