I had a little over $7500 in damage to my 2019 Toyota Corolla and enlisted Charron’s auto Body shop to do the repairs. Working with Jon, the owner, he handled everything for start to finish. He worked with the Insurance Adjuster, the Insurance Company and all the required paperwork.Upon completion, the workmanship was impeccable, the paint, a perfect match. All seams on the doors and the hood were aligned perfectly. You can tell Jon is an old school tradesman who takes pride in his work.I would highly recommend Charron’s auto body for any body work and repairs your car may need.

This place is the best John got my car done within the time he said it would be finished and it looks brand new! He was very easy to work with and I felt confident the work being done would be high quality and it was. He was also very helpful and informative when dealing with insurance and the rental company he could not have made it a more pleasant experience. I was referred here by my dad and this is def the place my family will keep using for years to come. It isn’t always easy to find an honest business when it comes to vehicle repairs and it was such a relief to experience. Thanks so much!

I chose Charron's Auto Body to repair my left rear bumper on my 2015 Honda CRV. I gathered various quotes from nearby auto body shops and John's quote beat them by almost half. This enabled me to pay out of pocket (it was basically the cost of my deductible) and not have to report it to my insurance. It was done in a timely fashion and looked brand new when finished. I will definitely return there is the need arises (let’s hope not!) I highly recommend Charron’s Auto body. Thanks, John!

Five stars!!! These guys helped me out and got us back on the road in two hours. While on a 5.5 trip back home from Normal to KCMO, during the statewide lockdown, my car needed to be serviced after calling 3 garages, I finally hit on Charron’s. They were friendly and speedy. If you’re ever in the Lincoln area, please don’t hesitate to look here first.

John fit me into his busy schedule on short notice and coordinated with my insurance, arranging for a rental car to pick me up at his shop. He was professional, communicative, and did a fantastic job!

I am a bit disappointed and feel John took advantage of my wife. He promised her it would cost her nothing for the repairs- 0 deductible, the insurance company would take care of everything. He does good work but ended up charging her money at the end---on the deductible. Now when you promise something you should keep your promise. I live here in Jaffrey and would not consider using him again , for that reason. Your word-- is your word and if you can't stand by that. You can't be trusted.

Fixed my brand new (2018) Subaru WRX that had damage all along the driver side from front to back from being struck in a driveway. I dont trust many people with my cars, as I do most of my mechanical work myself and am a car enthusiast, but John is a class act. He is honest, respectful, down-to-earth and extremely easy to work with. Had my car back in just over a week in which there was a holiday and a snowstorm in between. John Charron and Charron's Auto Body does awesome work. Plain and simple. I just used him for the second time. I needed front end body work done on my Nissan truck due to an icing-related accident. John arranged for the rental, worked with the insurance agency, and did the work in one week's turnaround because he knew I needed it back Friday afternoon. He is cost efficient. He is old school yankee. He does superlative and flawless work. He is a man of his word.
