Previously a super exp from car buying and service done. Di they sell to someone else post covid? Not so sure about them now, l was told a steering rack was leaking into the boot "gushing out" the serv manager said. This determined a total replacement vs a couple seals, aka 1600 vs 300 at most. I was changing oil a week later and decided to look pulled back the tie rd end boot and no fluid. It was an estimate that cost 125 which l was not ready for thinking it was free. But honestly they seem to have mislead me.

Amazing dealership, no pressure/relaxed environment and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kyle and Nate worked hard to find the best financing for my poor credit. My cosigner lives in Mass and they drove all the way there and back just to have her sign papers for 10 minutes! They also drove 2 hours to pickup my trade-in vehicle and leave me a very nice loaner car until I could pickup my new car. These guys go above and beyond to help and accommodate you! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! Will be coming back here for my next car.

Found a leak on the rear diff that was diagnosed as a leaking seal. When they went to do the repair they found filings in the rear diff and will be replacing it under warranty. Got a loaner car. Did not purchase from them but the CPO warranty covers the repairs and the stepped up with getting me in quick without an appointment.

Purchased an mx-5. Finance department worked hard to get the best deal. Paperwork was all prepared in advance so the deal was done quicker than I was used to. Very smooth process from start to finish.

I saw a Mini Cooper as I was driving on Route 12 with my husband. I fell in love with this Mini Cooper S convertible. Bought the car and love it. Working with the finance officer went poorly 1 star for him 4 stars for the salesman!

I had the best car buying experience of my life at autex Mazda of Keene, I am definitely a customer for life. Gretchen was super nice and easy to deal with, she didn't make me feel pressured or uncomfortable which is the usual car buying experience. all of the associates I dealt with at autex made me feel like I was important and they made sure all of my needs were met and that I was truly happy with what I was getting in terms of the vehicle and the deals. I would absolutely 110% refer all my friends and family to shop at autex. I was turned away from other dealers in the area due to my credit rating but autex had me approved while I was on my test drive. I was in and out with a new car in about an hour.. A++++++ service

Granddaughter is/was a first time car buyer. Everyone at Autex is pleasant. Everyone took a great deal of time explaining every part of the process. No rushing; no pressure. Just a nice easy experience
