Previously a super exp from car buying and service done. Di they sell to someone else post covid? Not so sure about them now, l was told a steering rack was leaking into the boot "gushing out" the serv manager said. This determined a total replacement vs a couple seals, aka 1600 vs 300 at most. I was changing oil a week later and decided to look pulled back the tie rd end boot and no fluid. It was an estimate that cost 125 which l was not ready for thinking it was free. But honestly they seem to have mislead me.

Drove a hr to get there with a lender already in hand and got turn down. People seemed tense that i was even there. Id think they liked me there i felt i were under a microscope even when i had proofs of income. My older friend suggested that they were trying to price guage me for cash/ loan at the same time even though i had a lender in hand! The experience totally embarrassed me amd my friend of 2p yrs!

I have been a returning customer for their NH oil under coat service. This time after picking up my truck, I found the bed sides covered in fine scratches caused from debris in the sponge they used to wash it. I contacted the service manager and after inspecting the vehicle said he refuses to accept liability for the damages. The damages to the paint are going to cost another $300 to repair, use caution when selecting this company for that service.

Amazing dealership, no pressure/relaxed environment and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kyle and Nate worked hard to find the best financing for my poor credit. My cosigner lives in Mass and they drove all the way there and back just to have her sign papers for 10 minutes! They also drove 2 hours to pickup my trade-in vehicle and leave me a very nice loaner car until I could pickup my new car. These guys go above and beyond to help and accommodate you! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! Will be coming back here for my next car.

If you’re looking for a new car I highly recommend going to Mazda!! This was my first time buying a newer car from a dealership and Nick was super helpful! He made the entire process as stress free as possible and was awesome with getting back to me quickly with any questions I had. If you’re picky like me I really suggest going through Nick he did a great job helping me find the perfect car. I absolutely love my car and would definitely go to Mazda again for my next one

they sold us a vehicle that has many many issues, to the point that autex had our vehicle for over a month, yet of course we still have to pay. They then tried to charge us to remove tint from the back window, even tho it was sold to us with tint on it. my wife and I several times over asked what the total price of the vehicle, with interest and everything how much would we pay for the vehicle. we were told 9 grand, turns out its actually 13 grand. if you had quoted me 13,000

Called the Parts Dept for a routine search to get enigne seals for my 98' Protege- the serviceperson indicated they could ship to a nearby town, then asked if he could "call me back" with the quote before locating the parts. I never heard back from him!!? A typical low-grade mechanic move.. I ordered from the local store- not worth calling; try Balise.

This is the second time I've been waiting at Mazda for over an hour waiting for my boyfriends car - nevermind the fact that staff told me it would be ready 45 minutes ago. The second time I've been stuck here because they weren't correct about when the car would be ready. I will never be getting anything done on my car at Mazda or be buying my next car from Mazda when I was once considering it.

My experience purchasing a Mazda CX 5 at Autex Mazda was refreshingly pleasant and enjoyable. Gretchen Jackson (my salesperson) has expertise, experience and a personable nature - making my purchase process smooth and efficient as well. Autex is small - and the benefit is very personal service and an inevitable strong sense of trust you develop in the people - as they genuinely want your experience to be positive. Their professionalism also shines. I would strongly recommend them to a friend or family member. I will be back for service as well.

Excellent experience!! I found an great truck online at Autex - it was exactly what I was looking for and priced below other dealerships. Trying to find a time that both my boyfriend and I could go together to look at the truck was difficult though. When we did find a time that worked for us, Donald Class was more than happy to stay hours past his scheduled shift to let us look at the truck and take a test drive. I fell in love with the truck. Both Donald and Tim worked with me to find a company to finance through that met my needs. They really went above and beyond to help me get the truck of my dreams. Tim Hall in the finance office was excellent as well - he was quick and efficient at completing the paperwork while taking the time to answer any questions I had. The service department was excellent as well. A few days after purchasing the truck my check engine light came on - immediately I thought of the worst and that the dealership tried to pull a fast one on me. I showed up at the service department and told them that I had just bought the truck and the light was on. They apologized and got me in right away - no questions asked. They fixed the evap leak at no cost to me. Great honest dealership who really is looking out for their customers! Definitely recommend Donald Class and Autex Mazda for all your car buying needs! I can't say enough great things about my experience at Autex. After a lot of online research I was 95% sure I wanted to buy a CX-5, and after reading all the great reviews online, and my past experience getting my previous car inspected and serviced at Autex, I knew buying a car here would be great. The entire staff was so helpful, especially Charlie and Tim. When I arrived to look at cars all of the sales reps were busy with other customers, but they were quick to introduce themselves, apologized for the wait, and Tim the sales manager had someone help me right away. Charlie was a great salesman, and never tried to push the sale, but rather helped educated me so I would get the car that was right for me. You can tell that the entire staff truly cares about their customers, and makes customer service a top priority. While Charlie was getting a car ready for my test drive, a recent customer of his came back to test drive another car because he loved his new Mazda so much he wanted to buy another one. It says a lot about the dealership and the product when customers are coming back twice in the same month. Tim the finance manager was quick with the paperwork, which in my past experiences at other dealerships has taken a good 30-40 minutes, but Tim had the whole process done in just 10 minutes! Charlie went over the basics with the car, but didn't keep me hanging around all day, and told me to enjoy the day and call with any problems. I love my new car, and I am really looking forward to having my car serviced here for many years to come. If you're in the market for a great car, and an excellent staff to assist you with the purchase Autex is the place!

My experience with Autex Mazda of Keene was the best I have ever had. My salesman Donald Class was very patient answering all my questions and helping me to get the car that suited my family best.He certainly knows how to read people which enables him to point a buyer in the right direction. The finance man Tim Hall was equally great.He made the paperwork process effortless for me. I have never had an experience buying a car where everything went this smooth from the very beginning. I will be buying all future cars from Donald. Best salesman ever!!!
