Just had my first beginner TRX class I absolutely loved it!! Learning the straps was nice and easy and I learned how to do a proper plank for the first time in my 30yrs of life in many different positions also, I am so excited for the next 6 weeks and to see how far I have come!! I highly recommend seeking out a class here at Body and Soul Personalized Fitness!!

Body & Soul is such a beautiful space and atmosphere. I've been twice now for MELT. Sarah is such an amazing teacher and both times I left full of a deeper understanding of my body. I'm looking forward to the next time I can make it back to a class!

Body and Soul Personalized Fitness is my HAPPY place! I've made SO many connections with SO many amazing people who I am proud to call my friends. They support me and cheer me on. Finding Body and Soul has changed my life in so many ways! All of the instructors are awesome! The classes are small so I feel that I get personal attention. The best part is Sara! Sara is a good trainer with a lot of knowledge but classes always start late and end late. Often times the building isn't open when it's supposed to be. The sign-up interface isn't utilized properly. I worked here and am still waiting for my last check 3 months later... there is a lack of social skills and communication that leads to logistical difficulties. The heating and air conditioning systems are loud and difficult to hear over. I ended up having to quit even though I was asked to stay on because it was too difficult to deal with.
