The rooms are quiet, clean, and cozy, with some offering a beautiful garden view. The common room is spacious and feels like home, with several cozy spots to relax. The owner is a wonderful, charming, personable, attentive, and easy-going innkeeper who makes guests feel welcome. Guests enjoy a great continental breakfast spread with coffee from a local roaster. The self check-in is easy with clear instructions. The atmosphere is perfect, with little touches that make the experience better than most. Many guests highly recommend staying and hope to return.

The Carriage Barn INN & Breakfast 😃 It's with in walking distance to downtown. The owner is a very friendly person. Very attentive. I hardly recommend this place. 🫶

Great stay at the Carriage Barn. Easy walk to all of the restaurants and shops in Keene. The owner Joe is wonderful and makes you feel welcome. The common room is spacious and feels like home.

We enjoyed our one night stay here in Keene. Our room was cozy, and the atmosphere at this 1810 house was just perfect. We enjoyed talking with Joe, the owner, and learning a little about his house and establishment. Would highly recommend staying here.
