Called them because they were the first place open in the area. They told me that west side animal hospital was on call and to call them. Then when I called west side it was an automated message saying if it’s an emergency call Cheshire animal hospital… so that’s cool

they are so compassionate, not just to our dear pets but to the humans too. they manage to balance the needs of the animal with the budget you have without making you feel guilty..

I brought my young cat here on an emergency, no appointment, hoping they wouldn't turn us away, they didn't. They looked her over and monitored her, ultimately had to refer us to the animal ER, but I'm really grateful they didn't turn us away. Thank you all very much!

I would give them zero stars if it let me. If you want your animal to live please avoid bringing your dog to them. They don't care about your fur baby...they care about money!! They let my dog lay dying for hours while I struggled to raise the money for them to do her surgery to save her life. Then they closed and left her there alone and by herself sick!! They would not save my baby!! They wanted money!! I would of found a way to pay for this if they would of just did the surgery to save my girl!!! Do not bring your baby here!! They are cold hearted

This place has some great and not great features. Please understand that I have been a breeder and professional dog handler for many years. My policy is that I stay with my dogs. I do not appreciate vets who do not have much patient/owner experience telling me that I am not allowed to stay with my pet. Dr. Pearson is a delight and I would continue seeing him exclusively, if I could, but that isn't always possible. I now go elsewhere.

We woke up today to a very sick cat. Our regular vet that we've had an existing relationship with rudely told us that they were too busy and could not possibly take an appointment - and then referred us to an emergency vet an hour's drive away in Concord. We called Cheshire Animal Hospital, who we have never used before. Even though they had a full schedule, they put me on hold for a few minutes and came back with a morning appointment! When we arrived, they were fast, efficient, and totally professional. We really feel like they cared and were compassionate to our cat.We are switching to Cheshire Animal Hospital and highly recommend this practice. You can tell they do their job for the love of animals, not for the money.

Just wanted to say thank you to Cheshire animal for taking care of Molson for the past 7 years. Yesterday was very hard for me but you made the process a lot easier I thank you for allowing me to be with him . You guys are the best. Allowing him to pass in my arms in my Jeep meant so much to me

Dr. Pearson and his staff are always here when you need them. Even with all of the stress of what’s going on right now, that’s true!

My 10 week old kitten was actively passing away in my arms. She couldn't stand never mind walk. My husband and I had to stimulate her to breath. They were the 4th vet I called opening w/I can't pay for 3 days but I will leave my card w/u. They skipped right over that and asked how fast I could get there. They were very honest by telling us they believed she was past the point of return. Tear waterfalls. They also explained all our options and let us know the desk would work o
