“I ordered a pair of boots online (because Born no longer carries them and Synergy just happened to have 1 pair left in my size) and when they arrived, I realized that there was some weird glue lump on the inside of one of the boots. I emailed Synergy hoping they had a pair to replace them, unfortunately they didn't, but they offered to cover the cost of me having a local cobbler repair the shoe so that I could still have the boots that I had searched high and low for.
