Won’t use the pharmacy. Staff is rude and prescriptions filled wrong. Pharmacy staff is so rude. I do still show in the store. But won’t trust the pharmacy.

I work early in the morning. I got here at 5 o’clock and I was going to buy some water and some drinks and something to eat but I had to use the bathroom because I drove all the way from Brattleboro and the lady told me the door bathroom is closed and I need to go somewhere else, but I never told her I was buying anything. She looked at me kind of disgusted like I was a bum just because the way I was dressed in my hair, but I have a job I provide a service to this community and she wouldn’t even tell me when the bathrooms would be open when you provide food and drink at your facility. You should also provide a bathroom that you’re not closing off to public that you’re going to discriminate against I’ve been in this town for over 15 years, and this is how I get treated because I’m not recognized by whoever it’s disrespectful

CVS has rude cashiers that just walk away when they feel that they can't help you. Didn't even excuse herself but waited on the next person in line. Silence is NOT golden

I was not called when the prescription was ready and had to call them. Not professional.

I regularly get scripts in the drive through and inside. The pharmacy staff is super patient and easy to work with. You can breeze through with NFC / Contactless payment. The store is stocked pretty decently. You can get a gallon of milk when you need. Everything else that's stocked is to be expected at the CVS.Whole place is clean. You can do self check out and tap to pay there too.Parking is alright, a bit tight at times but it's fine. The entry and exit is worse on the main street to the north but alright on the side street to the east.

Individual at Pharmacy acted as if I banged on the door of his home, awakening him from a sound sleep, and then demanded that he get into his car, drive to theCVS location, and get me my pills. NOW!

Theives! When they say they put your change in the bag in the drive thru lane, dont just take the change noise as proof, hold up the line and really make sure your dollar bills are in there

My prescriptions are never ready and no one ever calls to let me know they are back ordered! I have needed medication same day from doctors and have even called an hour after my dr called it in to be told it would be ready in an hour, I actually have had this happen several times and know it won't be ready so usually wait 3 hrs and still I need to pull into parking lot and wait another 30 min. If it was a 1 time thing I wouldn't complain but this happens to me on every refill I need! Either it's out of stock or not ready! I have been using a CVS in Keene NH when I visit my boyfriend and they are on top of it and I can get it within 30 min of them transferring my prescription. Someone needs to get organized in the pharmacy or hire more people.

I called this evening with some questions for the pharmacist, and he was SO helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me, and was just really kind and helpful. I will be going to this location from now on. Thank you for your help!

I was discharged from the hospital after difficult neurosurgery. I brought post op prescriptions to be filled at CVS before being driven to my home. A woman in the pharmacy would not fill my medication and I was driven home with no pain medication. I found a person to drive me to CVS at noon the next day and that is when I obtained my post operative pain medication. I feel the pain and suffering caused by CVS not providing my medication borders on patient neglect.

Re: pharmacist “Mike†12/21/17 My Dr. Increased my gabapentin from 100 mg a day to 200 mg a day (well under the minimal starting dose). She told me to finish the bottle that I have and then pick up my new prescription. She called the prescription in five days ago. I called Mike, the pharmacist at CVS on West st in Keene at 7:50 am today to get my prescription filled and he told me that it cannot be filled for 3 more days. I told him I was going out of town for several weeks and he asked me what I do, where I'm going, and if my doctor knows I'm traveling. When I asked him, dumbfounded, why he's asking me these Questions, he said “I don't like your tone†(as if he is my father!). I'm a Professor of Criminology and frequently travel for research. He then said , “I don't have to fill this for you.†I said “if my Dr. Increases my meds, you're saying you don't have to fill the new one?†He said, not without her consent. I replied her consent was calling in the new prescription 5 days ago. I do not at all appreciate being treated like a drug seeker, nor do I appreciate being talked down to in a condescending manner. All Mike had to do was look through my prescription history to see that I am no drug seeker. I will be transferring all of my family's prescriptions and taking our pharmacy business to a non-Cvs affiliated pharmacy as a result of Mike's condescension. I hope CVS will take action- until this experience I have enjoyed being a customer at CVS West st, but the lack of civility and customer service from “Mike†is unacceptable. Angela Barlow
