I had a very distasteful experience at this CVS. I had gone in & waited in line for 10 minutes to pick up my prescription, and the first cashier was pleasant & told me nothing was ready for pickup, and pointed me to another counter to check on the status. I walked over to the other counter and had told the woman that I had received multiple automated texts regarding this prescription being available for pickup for another 3 days. She said that my prescription had expired on the 7th, but I had received this message just a couple days prior reminding me to pick it up by the 21st.. I showed her one of the many messages that i receive almost everyday from the official CVS automated service , which is annoying to begin with, but then she says to me, like I’m an idiot, that “Those don’t even look like they’re from CVS”. This confused me because they’re absolutely from CVS. I told her i received another message that my other medication had expired on the seventh (i didn’t need it so i didn’t pick it up.), and she rudely told me in a condescending attitude that “Nope it was *** that expired on the 7th. We don’t have it!!!”. At this point i don’t even care about the medication. I’m just baffled by the tone of the woman and how unprofessional and ignorant she is. She said (rudely!!), “So do you need this medication right now!?”.. I’m ready to leave and be done with this woman so i say “Well no it’s fine.”. And as i leave her supposed friend approached (not an employee) & says “You having fun yet?” while laughing. I for one did not think anything was funny. Watch your attitude with your customers who are just trying to pick up their medications. Regardless of whether it was about to expire, had expired, or whatever the case may be i deserve just as much respect and courtesy as the next. And for the love of god, if CVS is going to spam me with these messages everyday at least make your employees educated and trained on your own system. Super upsetting to be treated this way.

Cannot get scheduled drugs for their patients on time. They will not say if the drug will be available. They do not seem to care.

Just when I thought all hope was lost for pharmacies since COVID, I stumbled across this pharmacy. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff. The staff is always FAST, efficient, knowledgeable and actually cares about it’s patients. Let’s give recognition where it belongs! Thank you for being such an awesome team!

After going through their obnoxious, unhelpful robotic prompter at the pharmacy, I finally had the privilege of being talked down to by a snotty, snarky, sarcastic gem of a human being with zero telephone etiquette or manners whatsoever and what, I'm supposed to trust them to vaccinate my child? Um, yeah. Thank you, no. There are other options in the area, thankfully, & we have the means to get there. I really feel truly sorry for everyone who is forced to go here because they don't have the time or gas money to go elsewhere. The fact that an openly & blatantly rude human being with zero interpersonal skills is trusted to dispense prescription drugs is mind-blowingly sad & unfortunate & downright scary! Thanks, that's a hard pass from us.

Check out is very slow because there's only one or two cashiers in the store at one time, I have no problems with the staff. It just takes five to 15 minutes to check out sometimes because of the line. Also CVS stopped selling cigarettes and that used to be a big reason that I would stop by

Was starting to ask another question and pharmacy hung up on me. Seems a pharmacist is an important part of any health care team and compassion and courtesy would be part of the job.

Always get your receipts. They charged me for their can of Lysol sitting by the cash register. I caught it and returned to the, store so they are refunding me the $8.95 but neither the manager or pharmacy clerk apologized or joked about it, nothing. She handed me my refund receipt and said "you can go now". What the AF. Then I returned later at the drive thru for a prescription and she almost slammed my RA riddled hand in the big metal drawer thing. I mean, yeah. Not sure what's going on there now, never used to have issues there before.

A lady in the drive thru, Cindy, was very unprofessional and disrespectful as she was talking about a discussion we had together with her coworkers as I was right inside listening.

Went in to get a scrip for an Epi Pen. Even though I was at the counter a couple of minutes before they closed for lunch, they would not help. Me. Explained to the woman that I had almost died the night before due to a horrible allergic reaction, she told me to come back later. After lunch. I explained that I was going to work, and wasn't comfortable leaving without my Epi Pen. She told me to come back after lunch. Bad, bad bad. Expect a ton of bad press for this, CVS pharmacy
