This was a great experience. They had a ton of stuff and plenty of it. The staff here were very friendly and professional. There's plenty of parking right outside. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

Wonderful place to get shoes! Sometimes they don’t have a size, but the staff is super helpful. Shoutout to Kaitlin for so much amazing help. Finding sizes, finding show cleaner etc. Honestly amazing. Thank you!

I'm not impressed! I had to exchange a Carhart sweatshirt for a smaller size. Same exact shirt only 1 size smaller. It was a gift, so no receipt was had. Because there was not a receipt, WE had to pay an additional $18!! Just does not make sense... exchanging an item that is exactly the same, just a different size.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful! Peter went above and beyond tenfold to make sure I found the perfect pair of boots for winter, since I had no idea what I was looking for. He was very patient and thorough, and I saw him helping a few other people after me in different departments. What a fantastic gentleman and a great Dick’s location!

I don't do reviews. Just for this store.
I frequent this store. Interaction with staffs were friendly and patient. Due to the fact I'm deaf. Communication is solely through gestures and using my phone using notes, etc. Every time it works, the staffs show promise.

Ordered online clothes for daughter. Some stuff fit some didn't, one item she didn't like style. Exchange in store was easy, no hassle. She loved the new styles and comfort of clothes. I ordered more and it arrived in a day!!! So very impressed. Have ordered Soccer stuff online for grandkids , some stuff wasn't what they needed, no hassle exchange for items required. Very kind helpful staff. Would recommend

I wanted to buy and item, Stationary Bike.. The person who helped me stated there was none on ordering none expected. He said it is against company policy. to sell the floor model.We left and went to Concord. The manager was Great! He sold the floor model AND helped us load it!Keene should really get on the same page.
