Went Friday afternoon. Very few people waiting and everyone there was very pleasant, informative and worked quickly. Especially Julie and Sue- terrific employees.

If you actually take the time to look at the website and bring ORIGINAL copies of requested documents, you'll be fine. Make an appointment, bring your paperwork. I was in and out in 20 minutes.
