I went into this store with my 3 year old son Friday June 6th 2025. We recently started getting into Pokémon together. It's not the same as it was back in 90s. It's been difficult to find cards that I used to enjoy at his age. The staff explained the current state of Pokémon cards and recommended a couple binders to keep his cards safe. They quickly put together a goodie bag for him that he absolutely treasured. I could not believe the kindness shown to a 3 year old starting his own Pokémon journey. We will be lifelong customers because the staff gave us more than just cards. Building core memories with my children and sharing such a sweet moment was unforgettable. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Thank you and we'll be back.

Great staff, great selection. I stopped in today. The staff was knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find some products(there is a lot in the store). I purchased Army Painter supplies, same price as the website. I am definitely going back.

The woman(?) behind the counter refused to get up to greet me. She was rude and wouldn't help me. How can you treat people like that and stay in business? The place was at least decorated well but it smelled like mildew. Never going back there.
