Satisfied with repair work that they did. Exploratory work let me know what to expect, cost wise, for next time. However, I don't think they put everything back together quite correctly, so I'll have to return ( a 45 min drive for me). Had they not had this problem, I would've given them 5 stars

The dealership sold a vehicle accepting fraudulent identity in my name. They have been unresponsive in addressing the situation which lead a bank loan being taken out in my name which has negatively affecting my credit score. The dealership is not taking accountability or addressing necessary steps to rectify the situation.

Great GMC buying experience with Rob! Zero pressure and he was even helpful as I cross shopped a GMC Canyon with a Chevrolet Colorado which could have easily ended with no sale for Rob. I ended up choosing the GMC! Again zero pressure from Rob to buy it!

I have been leasing from Fairfield’s for some time now, but my most recent experience getting intro a new lease vehicle was one of the best experience Ive had. I came in with a very limited budget, minimal money down, and a lot of questions. Nathan and Kevin met me where I was at and moved mountains to make sure I got into something I could not only afford but something I actually WANT to drive.

Everyone I interacted with was awesome when trading in my 2017 Subaru Forester. I had done a lot of research about what I wanted my next car to be, and not necessarily a new one. After discussing my ideas with Jeanie Devoe, she offered a variety of additional ideas that I had not considered. She was respectful, clear, and unbiased in terms of options. I ultimately decided on a lease of a new car. Not once was I pressured to make make a particular decision. This was the most amazing and pleasant car decision I have ever had in over 60 years of driving. I have never been treated so well!! Trustworthy folks!

Manny is the Man!
I am an extremely particular individual and know exactly what I'm looking for before I ever walk in the door. In this case, I was walking in to test drive new trucks with the Intention on waiting till the next year to buy a used 1 year old truck. Before even talking about that Manny pulled around the literally the exact truck I wanted. 2024, but straight off a 1 year lease in immaculate condition. Unprepared, he worked with me and we settled on a killer deal. It was a very good experience and I would recommend asking for Manny by name. Thanks again bud!
