Had a great shopping experience at the Keene NH store. Despite being very busy I felt that I got great customer service, and they have really good prices on especially (used) games. $5-20 for xb1, ps4, and even some old 360 titles. It very well stocked.

Incredible customer service from Chris. We came in, he greeted us, was incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I loved talking to him about the new Nintendo switch 2 and the new games coming out this year. Funny, personable, and knew his games and consoles. Give that worker a raise, he did amazing.
