Went in to do a trade in guy working the counter was super rude definitely not gonna go back to trade in or buy anything if your in Keene give your business to bull moose they are very friendly over there unlike GameStop

Yikes, one employee was super upbeat and happy to chat, the other one you could feel the contempt rolling off him. Fast pickup, but definitely didn't feel welcome.

Went in and wanted to buy a switch lite and the person working there named fin was horrible and was yelling us not to buy it bc it’s trash. All I wanted to do was get something for my mom so we could do something together. Then we went to target and employees there were saying how good it was.This is not the only time we have had a problem with this store. DONT RECOMMEND

I went here looking for an Xbox controller & headset. Hailstorm helped me & was not only EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products, she took the time to thoroughly explain my options. I’ll be going here for all of my future video game needs!!

I went into this GameStop yesterday and had a very uncomfortable experience with the manager. As I walked in I was greeted with “hi what’re you looking for today?” I said that I was just looking and was met with said manager rudely saying “of course” with a sigh as if he was upset I was just looking and not there to specifically buy something. As I was looking at the Pokémon cards with my boyfriend I mentioned that I probably shouldn’t buy anything because I just bought a new phone that’s when the manager asked me what kind of phone it was. I told him it was an iPhone and was immediately met with “I’m sorry” like it was a bad thing that I bought an iPhone. He then decided it was appropriate to say “did you know that it’s more likely for a female to reject a man who has an android?” He said this in a very rude misogynistic way which made me super uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I kinda just stood there awkwardly then decided we didn’t want to buy anything from them anymore and left. I went back in today to tell the other employee who humored him yesterday when he said that, to tell him that it was wrong to talk to a customer in that way and was met with a very disinterested and kind of stuck up “I get you.” “there’s nothing I can do.” Response. He seemed to get annoyed that I was there to tell him it was inappropriate and it didn’t seem like he cared at all. I’m not one for confrontation but this is just so weird and frustrating. I would not recommend any woman to go in there and talk to the manager, I’m sure I’m not the only one who has been made uncomfortable by him.

Didn’t happen to get the employees name, but was given false info and told they wouldn’t do my ps4 trade in today February 11th around noon because they can’t do any updates themselves. Shiesty employees and store, not going back.

Staff was helpful and i got what i was looking for! You definitely need a certain way about you to get treated well in my experience but hopefully thats over with now! I guess what i mean is if you know nothing about games or gaming youll have a bad time! So go with someone with some knowledge!
