I visited Home Depot to pick up an online order that was supposed to be ready, but I ended up waiting for over an hour due to their shortage of staff. Spending over $500 and waiting that long was incredibly frustrating. Their customer service was disappointing, and I won't be ordering from this location again if this is how they handle things. Time is valuable, and waiting for an hour for a confirmed pickup order is unacceptable.

We needed a bathroom install and Home Depot kept referring us to Bath Busters even though we had purchased our bathroom stall and fixtures at Home Depot. Bath Busters kept telling us they only do "custom" bathroom installs and could not help us. Long story short, we never received a contractor referral even after Home Depot kept us waiting and waiting for 8 days! I would advise you to avoid anything to do with bathroom installations at the Keene Home Depot. Never again will I use or refer Home Depot to anyone!

Keene Home Depot,I started a call to talk with Millworks at 0700, June 22, 2023 to purchase 9 windows, 2 man doors and 1 garage door. After multiple blind transfers and requests for me to call back later (currently after 1600, same day) I have given up. I would like to suggest improvements to process at Keene location.Note: Mark Allman at the Greenfield, MA location should be your lead on process change. He's excellent!Joshua Crowther

A BIG thank you to Chase in home flooring. We needed suggestions for a replacement top for a hay feeder. Light flexible and waterproof. HD did not carry rubber roof liner.. Chase was very helpful. We decided on Measured Rubber flooring. Chase was articulate in cutting, wrapping and labeling. Keene is very lucky to have such helpful staff, no matter what aisle you are in, employees are there for your questions. Tell Chase we appreciate his professional advise and help. He's a keeper!

NEVER do business with this company!!! ESPECIALLY if you need an appliance delivery. The truck showed up to my home, but I was never called (Home Depot has my correct number, but the delivery guys had the wrong one). The truck left. It was not marked Home Depot, so I figured that it wasn’t the truck. About an hour later, I see a man run up onto my porch and then immediately runs away. I suspect that maybe mail was stolen, so I go check and see a failed delivery note on my door. Then see the truck parked down the street. As they drive down the street, they stop at my house and refuse to deliver the appliances, telling me I have to reschedule!!!!! Outrageous!!

Shout out to two awesome employees at Home Depot in Keene NH. Thank you Tim in lumber and Becca in electrical for helping my dad and mom by doing all the lifting and loading so they wouldn't have to! Thank you for caring and leaving your departmentts to help and for doing it all with smiles! It's hard to find workers like you!

The Home Depot accepted no responsibility after selling a GE dryer to my 80 yr old father that never worked; and rather than replace with a new one they sold him a new Maytag, and didnot refund his money on the GE. They told us it was our responsibility to work with GE to fix the first one, and have Four service attempts, prior to any refund. However, there was only one GE repair firm in the region and they could not figure what was wrong and made three service attempts over the course of a year. Home Depot could have done the right thing, but instead ripped off an old man in an area that HD has. monopoly on appliance sales.

My friend has been having the most awful experience getting her dishwasher installed. The Home Depot vendor that was supposed to pick up her dishwasher never showed up on not one but two days! She took two vacation days to be there for pick up the dishwasher and they no showed. Also she was scheduled to have her new dishwasher installed by Home Depot's plumbing vendor but they also no showed. This is partly due to Keene, NH Home Depot failing to update the contact information for this vendor. The dishwasher was physically delivered on July 7 but we are now at July 25 and she is still without a dishwasher. I cannot believe the awful customer service and the complete disregard for providing timely and reliable services. I cannot believe that the store manager, Damien Caffrey, has not reached out due to the constant delays and installation mismanagement.

No one EVER PICKES UP THE PHONE!!!!!! Been trying to call about a purchase receipt for over an hour and someone picked up KMCE then sent me back to the main menu when the manager legit told the persons I was on the phone with to have me “call back tomorrow” bc he didn’t want to deal with it. Fabulous.

Called customer service on 800 number. Received mailing from Home Depot if used Home Depot credit card for item over $299 save 10%. Could not get the offer to work. Called customer service. No help. The items were on sale but could not find a disclosure saving not to be used on sale items. They should not offer promotions that do not work. Customer service rep said someone else called and wanted to use same promotion on a generator and they promotion would not work.

My review, that I am reposting, was removed not long after posting. For what reason I do not know as there was nothing profane, rude, or otherwise inappropriate. The only reason is likely Depot complained and yelp decided to service them. I'll just repost it =-) I have been working on a kitchen and bath remodel since December of 2019 with the management of this store in relation to the Veterans Housing Grant that Home Depot offers. Since then, there has been zero progress other than my working with the designer to finalize choices. Store management is non responsive in all aspects. No returned calls or emails, and the customer service line was of no use trying to motivate management to bare minimum answer my questions. I am understanding of the covid pandemic and how it may have slowed progress, but to not even get my questions answered at a bare minimum is extremely unprofessional. Management can't be bothered to pick up a phone or hit reply on an email. It's unfortunate because the stores associates have been great in all of my experiences there, it's the management bringing down the store.
