“I can’t say enough good things about the staff in Keene Nh. I have been there several times looking for things I couldn’t find and someone is always willing to help me. If they can’t, twice the manager was asked and he stopped what he was doing to help. Will be back again to do more holiday shopping!”

“I went into this store with my 3 year old son Friday June 6th 2025. We recently started getting into Pokémon together. It's not the same as it was back in 90s. It's been difficult to find cards that I used to enjoy at his age. The staff explained the current state of Pokémon cards and recommended a couple binders to keep his cards safe. They quickly put together a goodie bag for him that he absolutely treasured. I could not believe the kindness shown to a 3 year old starting his own Pokémon journey. We will be lifelong customers because the staff gave us more than just cards. Building core memories with my children and sharing such a sweet moment was unforgettable. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Thank you and we'll be back.”
