Have had a bad experience here, bought a 2014 Santa Fe Sport, engine fails not even a week, its replaced, now there seems to be coolant leaking and know i notice motor oil spots in my garage. I tried to get the car swapped out or refunded they denied it of course. Please beware of Kia / Hyundais with Theta 2 engines as well. I really hope i dont have any more problems with this car

Service was very good. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. With their other items they check they made a note on the bill that a air filter will need changing in the future. If they had mentioned this to me I would have just had them replace it then but goes to show they are not taking advantage and just following through. Good job and thank you!!

They didn't seem to eager to get the part I ordered to me as I never received a phone call it arrived. Also took a couple days to get as thier hours were limited... and work the hours they were open.

I called to see if they were getting in any new cars and they had one not sold. We went right down the next morning and put down a deposit, which they give back when the car comes in if you don't want it. Michael was our salesman and he was great! Didn't try to rush us answer all our questions that he could. My husband loves to talk and just very patiently talked to him and didn't try to hurry us or make an excuse to get rid of us. Joe also talked to us and was just as nice. We live in CT and could not pick up the car right away and they keep it until we could get it. What a great group of people that work there. Thank you Michael and Joe.

Service Manager was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and took great care during our communications. I left knowing that my vehicle had been completely checked and ready to go, with no safety issues.

The salesperson Cheyenne Brasfield is beyond wonderful to work with while car shopping but the rest of the staff is overly sexist and incredibly immature and rude. I hope Cheyenne switches to another car dealership since she's beyond talented!
